Notice on pilot schemes in accordance with the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts, the Act on an active employment efforts and law on sick pay

Pursuant to § 4 of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 731 of 15. June 2010, section 116 of the Act on an active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1428 of 14. December 2009 and section 80 of law No. 563 by 9. June 2006 on sick pay, fixed: Young-well underway



(Job centres in Albertslund, Greve, Copenhagen, Holbæk, Køge, Stevns, Esbjerg, middelfart, North Funen, Road, Skanderborg, Skive, Struer, Mariager Fjord and himmerland)



§ 1. The employment Minister has given permission for that job centres in Albertslund, Greve, Copenhagen, Holbæk, Køge, Stevns, Esbjerg, middelfart, North Funen, Road, Skanderborg, Skive, Struer, Mariager Fjord and vesthimmerland implements attempts, after which the job centres provide a participant group consisting of subsistence and cash benefit recipients under 30 years of an intensive and particular organized efforts, while young in a comparable control group will receive the same effort as other young people under 30 years of age.

§ 2. § 3. (3). Offer under paragraph 1 must be agreed upon with the person no later than 14 days after the person has terminated the undertaking. The offer must be commenced not later than 3 months after and completed no later than 6 months after the person has terminated the undertaking.

(4). Tests referred to in paragraph 1 can be combined with tests under section 2.

§ 4. Experimental permit involves a derogation from articles 34 and 35 of the Act on an active employment efforts, after which guide and skills can have a maximum duration of 6 weeks 1) within the first 6 months of aggregate unemployment rate for persons under the age of 30, which is governed by § 2, nr. 1, of the Act on an active employment efforts and have a qualifying training, 2) within the first 9 months on aggregate unemployment rate for people between 30 and 60 years of age who is subject to section 2, nr. 1, of the Act on an active employment efforts, 3) within the first 6 months of a total unemployment rate of persons aged 60 years and covered by § 2, nr. 1, of the Act on an active employment efforts, and 4) within the first continuous period of 9 months with the cash benefit or start Help, for persons over the age of 30 years and is the subject of section 2, nr. 2, of the Act on an active employment efforts.

§ 6. The employment Minister has given permission for all job centres through out experiments, in which case the job centre can provide grants for up-skilling for up to 6 weeks prior to employment by persons without training and without wage subsidies people with a vocational training or other vocational training with regard to the level and duration can be equated with, but does not exceed vocational training, unless the training has not been used for the last 5 years.

§ 7. The big Back-to-work experiment (TTA-trial)



(Job centres in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Esbjerg, Silkeborg, Skanderborg, Aarhus, vesthimmerland, Høje-Taastrup, Roskilde, Hvidovre, Ballerup/Herlev, Gladsaxe, Slagelse, Åbenrå, Viborg, Vallensbæk/Ishøj, Nyborg, Hedensted, Fredericia and Northern Funen the municipalities as well as the municipality of Copenhagen)



§ 9. The employment Minister has given permission for that job centres in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Esbjerg, Silkeborg, Skanderborg, Aarhus, vesthimmerland, Høje-Taastrup, Roskilde, Hvidovre, Ballerup/Herlev, Gladsaxe, Slagelse, Åbenrå, Viborg, Vallensbæk/Ishøj, Nyborg, Hedensted, Fredericia and Nordfyn Municipalities as well as in the municipality of Copenhagen in a 2-year period included in the big Back-to-work experiment (TTA-experiment). Municipality of Slagelse, Åbenrå, Viborg, Vallensbæk/Ishøj, Nyborg, Hedensted, Fredericia and Nordfyn is control municipalities in the first year of the experiment, where they are preparing for participation in the experiment and collect data to be used for the evaluation. The municipalities included in the trial as the trial municipalities in the trial last year.

(2). A TTA Coordinator, who is employed in the job centre, carries out the follow-up for participant group and coordination.
