Law amending the Law on Environment and genteknologi1) (Contingency plans and access to certain information) WE, Margrethe the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Denmark, hereby proclaim: The Folketing has passed and we have given our Royal Assent to the following Act: section 1 of The Act on Environment and genetic engineering, cf. Consolidated Act No. 811 of 21 June 2007 , as amended by section 6 of the Law No. 507 of 17 June 2008, section 15 of the Law No. 508 of 17 June 2008, article 29 of Law No. 1336 of December 19th 2008 and section 10 of Law No. 514 of 12 June 2009, is amended as follows: 1. The footnote to the title of the Act is replaced by the following: ' 1) The Act contains provisions that implement parts of Council Directive 79/409/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the conservation of wild birds (Birds Directive), Official Journal 1979 No. L 103, page 1, last amended by Council Directive 2006/105/EC of 20 November 2006, the Official 2006 no. L 363, page 368, party of Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (EC Habitats Directive), Official Journal No. L 206, 1992 , page 7, most recently amended by Council Directive 2006/105/EC of 20 November 2006, Official Journal No. L 363 of 2006, page 368, party of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2001/18/EC of 12 March 2001 on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms and repealing Council Directive 90/220/EEC, Official Journal 2001 No. L 106 , page 1, the party of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/35/EC of 21 April 2004 on environmental liability With regard to two prevention and remedying of environmental damage Official 2004 No. L 143, page 56, and party of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/41/EC of 6 May 2009 on the contained use of genetically modified micro-EUROPEAN Journal of 2009 No. L 125 , page 75. ' 2. In paragraph 13 the following paragraph. 3 pieces. 3.
