Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort
§ 1
Notice no. 1157 of 4. In October 2007, the responsibility for and the management of active employment activities are hereby amended as follows :
1. I § 25, paragraph. 1, "showing results and effects of" to : "showing results of".
2. Section 26 (1). 1, ITREAS :
The result audit will show the development of employment for at least 1 year. The results audit also shows results of the performance of results in comparable job centres. `
3. § 27 ITREAS :
" § 27. The resulting audit shall be drawn up on the basis of data that is part of the national system of work of the labour market, Jobintervention dk. The Danish Market Authority shall publish the data to be drawn from those responsible for the employment performance of the job center ; before the end of 1. Quarter of the year. The result audit shall include the information in section 28 (1). 1. "
4. § 28, paragraph 1. 1, ITREAS :
The result audit shall include at least the following :
1) The results of the employment effort set up in the employment minister's objectives for employment performance, cf. § 39, paragraph. 2, in the law on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort.
2) Development in the population of public services allocated to target groups.
3) The savings made by more effective employment efforts are to be taken into account.
5. § 29 revoked.

The announcement will enter into force on the 14th. In February 2009.
