Publication of the amendment of the announcement on capital pensions and so on.

§ 1

Notice no. 55 of 27. In January 1998 on capital pensions, etc., as amended by Notice No 1. 402 of 20. In May 2009, the following changes are made :

1. § 2 (a, stk.1) ITREAS :

" § 2 a. The local authority disses from a person's and a married capital in the form of the collected total in the separate SP account for people who, at the same time as they receive cash benefits or help, are excluded ;

1) have used the special opportunity to request that the total in their SP account be paid out in accordance with section 17 j (s). 7-9, in the Act of the Labor Market Supplementary Pension, or

2) has been paid the total in their SP account without a request in accordance with section 17 j (s). 11, in the Labor Market's Supplementary Pension Act. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2010.
