Publication of the entry into force of parts of the law on the amendment of the law on waste and raw materials, the Act on the Tax of coal, lignite and coke tax and other legislation and repealing the Act of Supplements for electricity production ;

(Entry into force of parts of the law on heat supply)

In accordance with section 12 (2), Two, in Law No 461 of 12. In June 2009 on the amendment of the law on waste and raw materials, the right to levy coal, lignite, coke and coke, etc., and different laws and repealing the laws on electricity production, as written in paragraph 8, paragraph 8, Three, in the law. 1384 of 21. In December 2009, provision is made for the Act of Act 8 to enter into force on 1. January, 2010.
