Publication of the amendment of the notification of the eup-for-use substances

§ 1

Notice no. 749 of 1. July 2008 on euphoria substances, as amended by the notice No 1329 by 18. In December 2008, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 26 as a new number :

" 26 a. bk-MBDB (2-methylamino-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-Bartan-1-on).

2. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no Eighty as new.

" 80 a. 7-hydroxymitracking. "

3. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no Eighty-six as new.

" 86 a. Kratom (mitragyna speciosa). "

4. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 95 as a new number :

" 95 a. MDPV (1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-pentan-1-on).

5. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no One hundred and fifteen.

" 115 a. Mitracking in. "

6. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 143 as new numbers :

" 143 a. p-FBT (3-(p-fluorobenzoyl) tropan).

7. I Annex 1, List B, is inserted after no 156 as a new item :

" 156 a. PPP (pyrrrolidinopropiophenon). '

The announcement shall enter into force on 13. March, 2009.
