Act on the amendment of the law on debt collection and the law of on-call activity 1)

(Any changes due to the Services Directive and others)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

Law no. 319 of 14. In May 1997 on the collection of debt, as last amended by Section 13 of Law No 1. 538 of eight. June 2006, the following changes shall be made :

1. Section 6 (2). ONE, FOUR. pkt., ITREAS :

' Foreign companies, etc. of the kind referred to in 1. and 3. ................

2. I Section 7 (2). 2, pasted as 3. pkt . :

' Renewal without modification of an authorization ' shall be free of charge. `

§ 2

In the Act of Security, cf. Law Order no. 149 of 16. in March 1999, as amended by Section 21 of Law No 1. 538 of eight. June 2006, the following change is made :

1. Section 4 (4). ONE, THREE. pkt., ITREAS :

' Foreign companies, etc. of the kind referred to in 1. and 2. ................

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on the 28th. December, 2009.

§ 4

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but can, by means of a royal device, be brought into force for these parts of the village, with the deviations which are attributable to the special ferry and Greenlandic conditions.
