Law on the side of the Frederik Interstate between Motorring 4 and Frederikssund

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1. The minister of transport is authorised to

1) to initiate a highway highway between Motorring 4 south of Ballerup in the extension of the existing Frederickson Highway to J. F. Willumsensvej (route 53) east of Frederikssund, with the necessary connections to the existing road network ;

2) to initiate a main road road, intercourse, as motorway between the Source Dalek road at the source valley station and the one in paragraph 1. 1 mentioned motorway at WieEyes,

3) to classify the State Road Source Dalek road between the main road between the current main road 522, Frederikssesouvej, and Interroute and

4) to declassify the current mainland road 522, Frederiksseselesvej, to the municipality road between Ring 4 in Ballerup and Landlord Road in the Ølslice.

§ 2. The Minister for Transport may, in exceptional cases, expropriate a property that is particularly affected by the project referred to in Section 1, before the date of the ordinary expropriations.

Paragraph 2. The replacement shall be determined by the execution of the expropriation and take-off authorities in the procedure for expropriation relating to immovable property.

§ 3. The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.
