§ 1

In executive order No. 422 of 4. May 2006 relating to cosmetic products, as amended by Decree No. 877 by 17. August 2006, Decree No. 214 of 11. March 2007, Decree No. 980 of 8. July 2007, Decree No. 1455 of 11. December 2007, Executive Order No. 229 of 12. March 2008, Decree No. 826 out of 10. August 2008, Decree No. 1060 of 23. October 2008 and Decree No. 229 of 21. March 2009, is amended as follows:

2. section 17 (1), is replaced by the following: ' a cosmetic product shall not be placed on the market if the cosmetic product in its final form or product ingredients or compounds thereof in order to meet the requirements of this Ordinance have been the subject of experiments with animals, using such a method, there is no alternative method, which is referred to in Commission Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 440/2008 of 30. May 2008 laying down test methods pursuant to European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1907/2006 concerning the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals (REACH) or in annex 9 to this order. '

3. section 33 (7) 2. paragraph is replaced by the following: ' the quantitative information to be made publicly available in accordance with paragraph 1, nr. 1, is limited to substances meeting the criteria for any of the following hazard classes or categories of danger as referred to in Annex i to Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 1272/2008:





1) Hazard classes 2.1 to 2.4, 2.6 and 2.7, 2.8 types A and B, 2.9, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13 categories 1 and 2, 2.14 categories 1 and 2, 2.15 types A to F.

2) hazard class 3.1 to 3.6, 3.7 adverse effects on sexual function and fertility or on development, 3.8 effects other than narcotic effects, 3.9 and 3.10.

3) hazard class 4.1.

4) hazard class 5.1. '





4. In annex 1, nr. 10, annex 2, nr. 43 and 378, help annex 2-2, nr. 379 and annex 4, nr. 77891 words ' preparations ' for: ' feedingstuffs '.

5. In annex 2, serial number 22, column (b), the words ' 4-Aminobenzosyreestere with amino group free apart from those mentioned in annex 6 ' to: ' 4-aminobenzoic acid esters and salts, with amino group free '.

6. In annex 2, insert serial number 1397 and 1398, is hereby replaced by Annex 1 to this notice.

7. In annex 3, part 1, insert after serial number 44 new serial numbers 45 and 46, who is replaced by Annex 2 to this order.




Serial number 45-65 will be hereafter serial number 47-67.



8. In annex 3, part 1, insert after serial number 65, there will be serial number 67, new serial number 68, which shall be replaced by Annex 3 to this order.




Serial number 66-175 will be hereafter serial number 69-178.



9. In annex 3, part 1, insert after serial number 175, there will be serial number 178, 179 new sequence number, which is replaced by Annex 4 to this notice.




Serial number 176-184 is then serial number 180-188.



10. In annex 6, serial number 22 shall be deleted.

11. In annex 6, serial number 28, column (c), the words ' in products for Sun protection '.

12. In Annex 9 shall be replaced by the introductory text to the table as follows: "this annex lists the alternative methods validated by the Joint Research Centre European Centre for the validation of Alternative Methods (ECVAM), which meets the requirements of this directive and which are not specified in Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 440/2008. '

§ 2

(1). The notice shall enter into force on 8 November. July 2009, see. However, paragraphs 2 to 5.

(2). § 1, nr. 2, 4 and 12 shall apply from the 1. June 2010.

(3). § 1, nr. 3, shall apply from the 1. December 2010.

(4). § 1, nr. 5 and 10 shall apply from the 8. October 2009.

(4). § 1, nr. 6-9, shall apply as from the 5. November 2009.

(5). Restrictions and conditions of substance toluene, see. § 1, nr. 9, shall apply as from the 5. February 2010.
