Notice no. 643 of 15. June 2006, on support for general accommodation, etc., as amended by publication No 2 ; 135 of 9. February 2007, proclame no. 223 of 14. March 2007, proclame no. Twenty-five of 22. January 2008, announcement no. 1384 of 19. December 2008 and Notice no. 247 of 27. In March 2009, the following changes are made :

" § 15 a. For undertakings issued and with the 1. In July 2009 an energy supplement shall be given to the maximum of 1 020 kr. per m 2 housing area for construction and 880 kr. per m 2 housing area for low construction (with no horizontal leafel). Section 15 (3). TWO, THREE. and 4. PC shall apply mutatis mutilated to the regulation of the energy supplement.
Paragraph 2. Statements announced during the period from 1. In July 2009, and until a new Building Regulation enters into force, comply with the energy requirements for Lavenergy Class 2 in the Building Code 2008.
