Executive order amending Executive order on recreational fishing in salt and fresh water as well as fishing gear, etc. in fresh water
In executive order No. 1199 of 11. December 2008 on recreational fishing in salt and fresh water as well as fishing gear, etc. in fresh water, is amended as follows:
1. section 22 is replaced by the following:
» § 22. One of those listed in article 20, paragraph 1, no. 3, traps must be allowed a prawn piles ruse.
(2). Shrimp piles intoxication may be used as underwater ruse or ovenvandsruse and must have at least 2 and at most 3 calves. The mesh size of the rush must not exceed 30 mm (full face mask). All calves must be open as a square of at least 40 x 40 mm, and held in place by 4 quiet tape. Anterior calf or the front bracket must be fitted with a shutoff grate or a spærrenet with square meshes at a maximum of 36 x 36 mm (full face mask).
(3). Intoxication shall be provided with rad and 2 arms. Range must not exceed 14 metres long, The 2 arms must each be at least 1 m in length and must not exceed 2 metres long. Mesh size in rad and arms shall not exceed 40 mm (full face mask).
(4). Anterior ruse hanger must not exceed 90 cm. There must be no roof or bottom at the entrance area. In addition, there must not be any additions to the device.
(5). Shrimp piles intoxication shall be provided with at least 3 and no more than 5 posts.
(6). Shrimp do not be established before the intoxication poles are reported to the Fisheries Directorate indicating the square's location as far as possible in the WGS 84 Datum or on cards with device traced.
(7). Pleasure prawn traps to keep the poles a distance of 150 m and a distance of 150 m to other tools. Business and bierhvervs fishermen can run prawn traps at a distance of only 50 m from a pleasure shrimp piles ruse.
(8). Pleasure shrimp piles intoxication may be used all year. '
The notice shall enter into force on 7 August. July 2009.
