Publication of the amendment of the announcement of benefits during activation
§ 1
Notice no. 1340 of 4. In December 2007, the provision of benefits during activation shall be conducted in accordance with the Employment Council the following amendments :

2. § 10 ITREAS :
" § 10. A Member under the age of 25 shall have the right to benefits in the day after Article 51, cf. § 47 and § 70, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance and so forth, cf. however, paragraph 1 2-5.
Paragraph 2. A member will receive a daily allowance or an activation service that corresponds to 50%. of the highest daily money, cf. ~ ~ ~ 47 and 70, if the Member
1) failed to implement an education that gives the right to be admitted into a box, cf. § 41, paragraph. 1, no. 3 (b) in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, and
2) has had the comodience of 26 weeks and until the Member has had a period of 104 weeks of manliness, and
3) which have not been fully covered by employment, which have been in combination with employment in the full, normal working hours of at least 24 months within 36 months and which have not been subject to employment which have been subject to the same employment as : employment in the full, customary working hours of at least 16 months within 36 months.
Paragraph 3. A member will have activation service that corresponds to 50%. of the highest daily money, cf. ~ ~ ~ 47 and 70, if the Member
1) failed to implement an education that gives the right to be admitted into a box, cf. § 41, paragraph. 1, no. 3 (b) in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, and
2) has had between 26 weeks of concurrency and until 104 weeks of interittled unemployment, and
3) as a full-time insurance has been employed in combination with employment in the full, normal working hours of at least 24 months within 36 months, and as a part-time insured employment which is equivalent to employment in the professional profession ; full, normal working hours for at least 16 months within 36 months, and
4) participate in offers in accordance with a job plan in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment service.
Paragraph 4. A member will have activation service that corresponds to 50%. of the highest daily money, cf. ~ ~ ~ 47 and 70, if the Member
1) failed to implement an education that gives the right to be admitted into a box, cf. § 41, paragraph. 1, no. 3 (b) in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, and
2) have had at least 104 weeks of comodience, cf. paragraph 2 (b) and
3) participate in offers in accordance with a job plan in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment service.
Paragraph 5. One member will have activation service that corresponds to 82%. of the highest daily money, cf. ~ ~ ~ 47 and 70, if the Member
1) has completed an education that gives the right to be included in a box, cf. § 41, paragraph. 1, no. 3 (b) in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, and
2) has had the comodience of 26 weeks, and
3) participate in offers in accordance with a job plan in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment service.
Paragraph 6. A member participating in tender pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Act of Active Employment, which has a consistent duration of less than four weeks, shall receive the day ' s benefits in accordance with paragraph 1. 1-5.
Paragraph 7. A member that receives day benefits or an activation allowance in accordance with paragraph 1. 2-5, which fills 25 years during training, gets from this time of day allowance or activation allowance calculated according to section 51, cf. Section 47 and section 70 of the unemployment insurance policy, etc. ` ;

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2009.
