Decree amending the Decree on services during activation

§ 1

In executive order No. 1340 by 4. December 2007 on services during activation shall be made after negotiation with the Employment Council as follows:

1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following: ' in virtue of section 52 (f), section 55, paragraph 5, and section 58 (1) (8). 1 and nr. 3 (a), of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 975 of 26. September 2008, as amended by Act No. 479 of 12. June 2009, determined after negotiation with the Employment Council: '

2. Article 10 is replaced by the following: ' article 10. A member under the age of 25 are entitled to a daily allowance calculated in accordance with section 51 of the basic regulation. section 47 and section 70 of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., see. However, paragraphs 2 to 5.

(2). A member will get a daily allowance or activation allowance equal to 50 per cent of the highest subsistence, without prejudice. sections 47 and 70, if the Member





1) has failed to implement an education that gives the right to be admitted into an unemployment fund referred to in article 6. section 41 (1) (8). 3 (b), of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., and

2) has had 26 weeks ' combined unemployment and until the Member has had 104 weeks on aggregate unemployment rate, and

3) as full-time insured has not had employment, which, taken together, are equivalent to employment in the subject's full, normal hours of work for at least 24 months within 36 months, and as a part-time insured has not had employment, which, taken together, are equivalent to employment in the subject's full, normal hours of work for at least 16 months within 36 months.





(3). A member will get activation allowance equal to 50 per cent of the highest subsistence, without prejudice. sections 47 and 70, if the Member





1) has failed to implement an education that gives the right to be admitted into an unemployment fund referred to in article 6. section 41 (1) (8). 3 (b), of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., and

2) have had between 26 weeks of unemployment and, taken together, until 104 weeks on aggregate unemployment rate, and

3) as full-time insured have had employment, which, taken together, are equivalent to employment in the subject's full, normal hours of work for at least 24 months within 36 months, and as a part-time insured employment, which, taken together, are equivalent to employment in the subject's full, normal hours of work for at least 16 months within 36 months, and

4) participating in the offer, according to a job plan under Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment efforts.





(4). A member will get activation allowance equal to 50 per cent of the highest subsistence, without prejudice. sections 47 and 70, if the Member





1) has failed to implement an education that gives the right to be admitted into an unemployment fund referred to in article 6. section 41 (1) (8). 3 (b), of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., and

2) have had at least 104 weeks on aggregate unemployment rate, see. (2) (b), and

3) participates in deals under a job plan under Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment efforts.





(5). A member will get activation performance equivalent to 82 per cent of the highest subsistence, without prejudice. sections 47 and 70, if the Member





1) has implemented an education that gives the right to be admitted into an unemployment fund referred to in article 6. section 41 (1) (8). 3 (b), of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., and

2) has had 26 weeks of unemployment, and, taken together,

3) participates in deals under a job plan under Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment efforts.





(6). A member who participates in the offer in accordance with Chapter 10 of the Act on an active employment efforts which have a continuous period of less than 4 weeks, receive a daily subsistence allowance under paragraph 1-5.

(7). A member who receives a daily allowance or activation performance in accordance with paragraphs 2-5, and which fills 25 years during training, get from this time, subsistence, or activation performance calculated in accordance with section 51 of the basic regulation. section 47 and section 70 of the Act on unemployment insurance, etc. '

§ 2

The notice shall enter into force on the 1. August 2009.
