Ordinance amending the Ordinance on fishing gear (gillnets etc.) in salt water
In executive order No. 706 of 29. June 2004 of fishing gear (gillnets etc.) in salt water, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 5, paragraph 1, is replaced by the following:
»§ 5. Establishment of gillnets and bundgarns similar ruse tools, as well ovenvands-like underwater traps, must be reported to the Fisheries Directorate-General by the Fisheries Inspectorate, before square consumed with indication of the site's location on the charts or map sketch. '
2. Article 18 is replaced by the following:
» § 18. Registered professional fishermen and companies, see. section 11 of the fisheries law, with perennial right of first refusal to acquire available bundgarns spaces from a calendar year by written notification to the Fisheries Directorate-General by the Fisheries Inspectorate. In addition, there may be acquired one-year preference to static prawn traps from the following calendar year by written notification to the Fisheries Directorate-General by the Fisheries Inspectorate. The notification shall contain information about the desired seat location, see. paragraph 2, and shall be the territorial fisheries Inspectorate not later than 31 December 2006. October. Seats for stationary shrimp traps must be taken no later than 30 June. April. Otherwise, the priority right shall lapse.
(2). Square's location must be indicated on the sea charts or map sketch by longitude and latitude in the WGS 84 Datum, mesh yderpæl/inderpæl/bend and bend.

The notice shall enter into force on 16 September. October 2009.
