Executive order on transportation of weapons, etc. between third countries

Pursuant to § 7 weapons a, paragraphs 1 and 4, and article 10, paragraph 3, of the basic regulation. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 704 of 22. June 2009, lays down the following:

§ 1. It is prohibited to transport the weapons referred to in paragraph 2, etc. between third countries, when the transport is done to one of the following countries:

1) Armenia.

2) Azerbaijan.

3) Burma.

4) Congo, Democratic Republic.

5) Ivory Coast.

6) Guinea.

7) Iraq.

8) Iran.

9) China.

10) Korea, the Democratic People's Republic of (North).

11) Lebanon.

12) Liberia.

13) Rwanda.

14) Sierra Leone.

15) Somalia.

16) Sudan.

17) Uzbekistan.

18) Zimbabwe.

(2). The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 and in the Weapons Act section 7 a, paragraph 2, includes the transport of the Weapons Act, section 6, paragraph 1, referred to weapons, etc. as well as hunting weapons and their ammunition, with the exception of daggers and knives that are designed for use in business, for household use or by hunting, fishing or scuba diving.

§ 2. With fine, jail until 4 months or in aggravating circumstances imprisonment up to 2 years punished anyone who deliberately or through gross negligence violates article 1, paragraph 1.

(2). That can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) criminal liability according to the rules laid down in the Penal Code Chapter 5.

§ 3. The notice shall enter into force on 10 June. November 2009.

(2). Executive Order No. 373 of 20. April 2007 concerning the transport of weapons, etc. between third countries is hereby repealed.
