Ordinance on doctors ' electronic reporting of vaccinations against influenza A (H1N1)

Pursuant to §§ 19 and 82 of the law on approval of health professionals and health professional activity, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1350 of 17. December 2008 lays down:

§ 1. Doctors in charge of vaccination against influenza A (H1N1) v, must submit weekly electronic alerts to the health protection agency thereof in accordance with this Ordinance.

(2). Notification shall be made to the Danish State Serum Institute as a data processor for the health protection agency, see. However, paragraph 3.

(3). Reporting should not be carried out if the information received through the service register.

§ 2. The weekly update reports shall include information on the persons who have been vaccinated against the A (H1N1) v in the previous week.

(2). Reporting shall be made electronically to the State serology Institute's Web-based module for reporting of vaccinations against influenza A (H1N1) v, in accordance with the user manual, which shall be drawn up by the Danish State Serum Institute, and which is available on the Danish State Serum Institute website.

§ 3. Under section 82 of the Act on approval of health professionals and health professional activity, punished the doctor who is guilty of violation of the order, with fine.

§ 4. The notice shall enter into force on 12 December. November 2009.
