Publication of the percentage of personal income regularisation for the calculation of individual housing aid for 2010

In accordance with Article 8 (2), 2, in the case of individual housing aid, cf. Law Order no. 981 of 1. October 2008, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 2, in Notice no. 722 of 15. September 1999 on the calculation of income for the calculation of individual housing aid, as amended by the notice No 1182 of 17. In December 2002 :

§ 1. The percentage of the estimated income of the year 2010 shall be the percentage of the estimated income of the year 2010.

1) 3.7%. for pensioners, cf. Section 2 (2). 3, in the case of individual housing support,

2) 3.7%. in the case of receivers of early retirement and persons covered by Section 2 b, in the case of individual housing aid and

3) 2,5%. For others.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on the 31. December, 2009.
