Pursuant to section 11, paragraph 2, article 13, paragraph 4, article 15, paragraphs 5 and 6, section 19, no. 1, point (a), section 20 and section 30, paragraph 2, of the law on vocational education and higher education (further education system) for adults, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1049 by 9. Chapter 1

Purpose and structure, etc.

§ 1. A pedagogical diploma aims to improve adults ' vocational skills and their personal and professional competence to perform educational functions in both public and private enterprises and institutions, etc., as well as provide preconditions for further training.

(2). Training is conducted at a level equal to the level of a medium of higher education, including professional bacheloruddannelse, or a bachelor's degree.

(3). National and international research results that are relevant for the business area, the training is aimed at, integrate to the greatest possible extent in education.

(4). The training constitutes an independent rounded educational courses.

§ 2. The training is a vocational higher part-time education offered as open education.

(2). The education is rated for 1 student FTE. 1 student FTE is a full-time student work in 1 year and corresponds to 60 points in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

(3). The institution shall organise training as part-time teaching within a time frame of up to 3 years, but may organise it as full-time classes, see. section 2, paragraph 7, of the Act on open education.

(4). The training is organised as delimited modules, see. § 2, paragraph 3, of the Act on open education.

(5). Training must be completed within 6 years after the student has begun training. The institution may in exceptional circumstances derogate from here.

§ 3. The who has completed an educational diploma, is entitled to use the letters PD after his name as designation for the training. The English title is: Diploma of Education.

§ 4. The individual educational diploma, including its professional content, see. § 7, must be approved by the Ministry of education, before it offered.

(2). The training offered by the institutions which are approved for this purpose by the Ministry of education.

§ 5. The institution determines how many students it will record, unless the Ministry establishes an annual minimum or maximum figures for recording capacity.

(2). Provision of training must be advertised publicly.

Chapter 2


§ 6. Access tiluddannelsen is subject to the condition that the applicant has successfully completed a training as a teacher, educator, other relevant education at least at the level of a short higher education or a higher adult education completed as a regulated course. The institution may in the curriculum of the basic regulation. section 9, paragraph 1, lay down the rules on the requirements for the applicant's specific professional conditions.

(2). Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience after completed upper secondary education.

(3). The institution occupies applicants who have real powers, who after an individual competence assessment is recognised as being equivalent to the conditions of access.

(4). The institution may accept applicants who do not meet the conditions laid down in paragraph 1, but as the basis of a specific assessment is estimated to have educational prerequisites, there can be equated therewith, including applicants who have completed a relevant tertiary adult education flexible part-time.

(5). An applicant who meets the technical conditions of employment as a teacher at the vocational education or labour market training, can be included in two of the mandatory modules in the diploma programme in vocational education.

Chapter 3

Content, etc.

§ 7. The individual training includes, in accordance with rules laid down in the curriculum of the basic regulation. § 9 (1):

1) at least one mandatory module, each corresponding to 9 ECTS credits, of which one is: theory of science and education, which is constitutive of identity training and skill profile.

2) at least 4 modules within the training professional area, each corresponding to 9 ECTS credits, of which the student must choose 4, corresponding to a total of 36 ECTS-points.

3) A final project, equivalent to 15 ECTS-points in one of the institution approved topic relating to education and 5 modules provide evidence that the level of education achieved.

Chapter 4


§ 8. Each of the 5 modules is completed with an individual assessment, see. section 2, paragraph 4, of the Act on open education. Rules shall be laid down in the curriculum of the basic regulation. section 9, paragraph 1.

(2). The final project is concluded with an individual assessment with external censorship.

(3). There is created a single external examiners for the educational diploma courses, since the choice of censor Presidency takes place as in teacher education and teacher training.

(4). In addition, apply notice of tests and examinations in vocational education and training (trial notice) and Ordinance on the grading scale and the other judgement.

Chapter 5

Academic regulations

§ 9. The institutions providing the same educational diploma, jointly prepare a curriculum for training. Changes in the curriculum is done in cooperation between the participating institutions. The curriculum must include the rules adopted by the institutions under this Ordinance shall determine whether:

1) upper secondary education and special professional prerequisites, see. section 6 (1).

2) the individual modules, see. § 7, nr. 1-2:

(a)) goals,

(b)) content,

c) scale, expressed in ECTS credits,

d) teaching and learning methods and

e) temporal location, including the organisation as full-time and part-time.

3) preparation of final project, see. § 7, nr. 3.

4) rating, see. § 8, paragraph 1.

5) transitional arrangements referred to in article 6. § 10 (3).

6) Merit, see. § 11.

(2). In addition to the rules established pursuant to this order contains the curriculum rules established in accordance with the test notice.

(3). The curriculum indicate that the institution when it is justified by exceptional circumstances, may grant derogations from the rules in the curriculum, which alone is provided by institutions.

§ 10. In the preparation of curricula and significant amendments thereto shall seek the opinion of the customer representatives and institutions from the censor, the Presidency, of the basic regulation. try the notice.

(2). Academic regulations and significant amendments thereto shall enter into force upon a studieårs start.

(3). Academic regulations and significant amendments thereto shall contain the necessary transitional arrangements.

(4). Applicable curricula must be publicly available on the institutions ' websites.

Chapter 6

Other rules

§ 11. Successful educational elements from another Danish or foreign higher education institution may, in accordance with the decision in the individual case or in accordance with rules laid down by the institutions of the curriculum take the place of educational elements, which are covered by this notice (merit). The decision shall be taken on the basis of a professional assessment of the equivalence of the relevant programme elements.

§ 12. The Ministry may permit derogation of this Ordinance as part of the trials. At the same time, the Ministry shall determine the duration of the experiment and the reporting form.

§ 13. The Ministry of education decides to dispense with this Ordinance, when it is justified by exceptional circumstances, except in the cases referred to in article 6, paragraph 3, and article 9, paragraph 3.

§ 14. The institution's decisions under this Ordinance may be brought before the Ministry of education, when the complaint relates to legal questions. The complaint shall be submitted to the institution, which shall deliver its opinion that the complainant shall be given the opportunity to comment within a period of not less than 1 week. The institution shall forward the complaint to the Ministry attached to the opinion and the complainant's comments to do so.

(2). The deadline for filing a complaint in accordance with paragraph 1 is 2 weeks from the day the decision is communicated to the complainant.

§ 15. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. December 2009 and take effect for students who begin training after this date.

(2). Executive Order No. 47 of 28. January 2002 about the pedagogical diploma courses will be repealed.
