Publication of educational diploma

In accordance with section 11 (4), 2, section 13 (3). 4, section 15 (3). 5 and 6, section 19, nr. Paragraph 1 (a, 20 and § 30 (3). 2, in the field of primary education and training for adult education (training system) for adults, cf. Law Order no. 1049 of 9. The following November 2009 provides :

Chapter 1

Objections and structural and so on.

§ 1. A pedagogical diploma is designed to improve the professional competence of adults and their personal and professional competence to carry out pedagogical functions both in public and private companies and institutions and so on, as well as grant ; preconditions for further training.

Paragraph 2. The training shall be carried out at a level corresponding to the level of higher education, including professional qualifications, or undergraduate training.

Paragraph 3. National and international research findings which are relevant to the area of vocational training are integrated with the greatest possible degree of education.

Paragraph 4. The training is a self-contained training course.

§ 2. The training is a higher-level vocational training, which is being offered as an open education.

Paragraph 2. The training has been established for 1 student years. 1 student years is a full-time student's work for 1 year and corresponds to 60 points in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS point).

Paragraph 3. The institution shall organise training as part time learning within a time frame of up to three years but may organise it as a full-time teaching, cf. Section 2 (2). Seven, in the law of open education.

Paragraph 4. The training shall be established as a professional defined modules, cf. Section 2 (2). Three, in the law of open education.

Paragraph 5. The training shall be concluded no later than six years after the student has started training. The institution may be able to dispense with the dispensers from here.

§ 3. The one who has carried out a pedagogical diploma has the right to use the letters the pd according to their name as the name of the training. The British name is Diploma of Education .

§ 4. The individual pedagogical diploma, including its professional content, cf. Section 7 shall be approved by the Ministry of Education before it is offered.

Paragraph 2. The training shall be provided by institutions approved for this purpose by the Ministry of Education.

§ 5. The institution may decide how many students it will record unless the Ministry provides for the capacity of an annual minimum or maximum number of absorption capacity.

Paragraph 2. The training must be announced in public.

Chapter 2

Accessing

§ 6. Access to education is conditional on the applicant ' s training for teacher, teacher and other pertinent training at least at the level of higher education or higher education training as a regulated procedure. The institution may be able to do in the study scheme, cf. Section 9, st1, lay down rules concerning the requirements for the special technical conditions of the applicant.

Paragraph 2. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience after successful training.

Paragraph 3. The institution shall record applicants with real powers, recognised by an individual competency assessment as equal to the access conditions.

Paragraph 4. The institution may record applicants who do not meet the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 1, but from a practical assessment, it is estimated to have educational prerequisites that may be equated, including applicants who have carried out an appropriate higher level of adult education as a flexible course of action.

Paragraph 5. An applicant who satisfies the professional conditions of recruitment as a teacher in vocational training or labour market training may be recorded on two of the compulsory vocational training modules of vocational training in the business spouses of the professional life.

Chapter 3

Content and so on

§ 7. Each training shall include in accordance with rules laid down in the study scheme, cf. Section 9 (1). 1 :

1) At least one mandatory module, each equivalent to 9 ECTS points, one of which is : knowledge theory and pedago which is constituent for the identity and skills profile of the education.

2) At least 4 modules in the field of training, each equivalent to 9 ECTS points, of which the student must choose 4, equivalent to a total of 36 ECTS points.

3) A departure project, equivalent to 15 ECTS-points within one of the institution ' s approved subject relating to the 5 modules of training, document that the level of training has been achieved.

Chapter 4

Experm

§ 8. Each of the 5 modules ends with an individual assessment, cf. Section 2 (2). Four, in the law of open education. The rules on this shall be fixed in the study scheme, cf. Section 9 (1). 1.

Paragraph 2. The departure project will end with an individual assessment with external censorship.

Paragraph 3. One common censorship for educational diplomas is created, with the choice of the censorship carried out as by teacher training and educating education.

Paragraph 4. Incidentally, the notice of examinations and the degree in professional training (the test proclamation) and the announcement of character scale and other assessment shall apply.

Chapter 5

Study system

§ 9. The institutions providing the same pedagogical diploma are jointly preparing a study scheme for education. Amendments to the study arrangements are made in cooperation between the institutions exploding institutions. The study arrangements shall include the rules laid down by the institutions in accordance with this publication :

1) Access-giving training and special technical conditions, cf. Section 6 (2). 1.

2) Each set of modules, cf. § 7, nr. 1-2 :

a) target,

b) content,

c) scope, set in ECTS-point,

d) subtuling and working methods ; and

(e) time-up, including the organization of time and part-time.

3) Develation of the departure project, cf. § 7, nr. 3.

4) Assessment, cf. § 8 (3) 1.

5) Transitional arrangements, cf. ~ 10 (1)) 3.

6) Merit, cf. § 11.

Paragraph 2. In addition to the rules laid down in this notice, the rules of study shall be laid down in accordance with the test notice.

Paragraph 3. The study must show that, when it is justified in exceptional circumstances, the institution may dispense with the rules laid down in the study arrangements that are set by the institutions alone.

§ 10. In the drawing up of the study arrangements and substantial amendments thereto, the institutions shall obtain the opinion of the representatives of the Member of the Council and from the centre holding the presidency, cf. the test notice.

Paragraph 2. Study schemes and significant changes are coming into force at the start of the course of study.

Paragraph 3. Study arrangements and substantial amendments thereto shall include the necessary transitional arrangements.

Paragraph 4. Governing student schemes must be publicly available on the websites of the institutions.

Chapter 6

Other Rules

§ 11. The supposed training elements of a different Danish or foreign higher education may, after the institution's decision, in each case or by rules laid down by the institutions of the study scheme, replace the training element (s), which are covered by this notice (merit). The decision shall be taken on the basis of a professional evaluation of the equivalence of the training elements concerned.

§ 12. The Ministry of Education may allow the deviation of this notice to be a part of the experiment. At the same time the Ministry shall determine the duration and the reporting form.

§ 13. The Ministry of Education shall decide to dispense with this notice when it is justified in exceptional circumstances, except in the cases referred to in section 6 (2). 3, and section 9 (3). 3.

§ 14. The decisions of the institution in accordance with this notice may be submitted to the Ministry of Education when the complaint relates to legal matters. The appeal shall be submitted to the institution, which shall deliver an opinion, which the complainant shall have the opportunity to comment on within a period of at least 1 week. The institution shall send the complaint to the Ministry, attached to the statement and any comments made by the complainant.

Paragraph 2. The deadline for filing a complaint pursuant to paragraph shall be made. One is two weeks from the day the decision is notified to the complainant.

Chapter 7

Entry into force

§ 15. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. In December 2009, and have an effect on students who are beginning the training after this date.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 47 of 28. In January 2002, the teaching of teaching diploma is lifted.
