Publication of the amendment of the notice of remuneration, dials, pensions and so on for the taking of regional functions ;

§ 1

Notice no. 1460 of 19. In December 2005, on remuneration, dials, pensions and so on for the taking of regional duties, as amended by Notice No 1. 134 of 9. February 2007 and procladition no. 820 of 27. In August 2009, the following changes are made :

1. I § 7, paragraph 2, the words ' one ` shall be replaced by : ' two `.

2. § 7, paragraph 6, ITREAS :

" Stop. 6 Where, in the same period of time, the Committee on Regional Affairs of the Committee or of a Committee of the same Committee or of the same Committee shall not, within the period of the same parliamentary term, grant remuneration to the same committee or to a committee in the following year, or with in the essential tasks. '

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. December, 2009.

Paragraph 2. The announcement shall apply to the regional councils of 1. January, 2010.
