Decree amending the Decree on support for the educative adult education and educative Association voluntarily work (public information notice)

§ 1

In executive order No. 1700 by 19. December 2006 on the aid to the educative adult education and educative Association voluntarily work (fol ke up light nings be known bark rel sen) aims to take the following changes:

1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following: ' in accordance with § 4 (5), article 5, paragraph 9, article 8, paragraph 4, § 13, § 20, section 22, paragraph 6, section 23, paragraph 3, section 25, paragraph 7, section 29, paragraph 5, article 43, paragraph 4, and section 45, paragraph 10, of the law on support to the educative adult education, voluntary work Association and daghøjskoler as well as educative public University (General education), see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 535 of 14. June 2004, as amended by section 2 of Act No. 593 of 24. June 2006, law No. 1593 by 20. December 2006, § 8 of law No. 561 of 6. June 2007 and Act No. (L9) of 27. December 2009, fixed: '



2. In Chapter 2 shall be inserted: ' article 2 (a). Educative associations receive grants or have designated rooms after general education, by the submission of the Declaration on the Elimination of child certificate, see. Public Information Act § 4, paragraph 4, apply the Declaration is reprinted as annex 1 to this notice.

(2). The Declaration can be made with the Association's digital signature. '

3. After Chapter 9 is added:

District associations

§ 20 a. District associations, which receive grants or have designated rooms after general education, by the submission of the Declaration on the Elimination of child certificate, see. Public Information Act section 45, paragraph 3, apply the Declaration is reprinted as annex 1 to this order. '

(2). The Declaration can be made with the Association's digital signature. '

4. Annex 1 shall be inserted As annex to this Ordinance.

§ 2

The notice shall enter into force on the 1. January 2010.

Declaration on the Elimination of child certificate







After public information Act § 4, paragraph 4, and section 45, paragraph 3, of the basic regulation. Legislative Decree No. Nr. 535 of 14. June 2004 as amended by § 1, nr. 1 and 5 of law No 21/92. 1523 by 27. December 2009, after which the Association has a duty to declare elimination of children's certificate, the undersigned declares on behalf of the Association that the Association obtains children's certificates to the extent that the Association hires or employs persons as well paid as unpaid, who, in the course of carrying out their duties must have direct contact with children under the age of 15 years.

Guidance on the completion of the Declaration:

All educative associations receive grants or get designated premises have a duty to obtain children's certificates to the extent that the Association hires or employs persons as well paid as unpaid, who, in the course of carrying out their duties must have direct contact with children under the age of 15 years (see section 2, paragraph 1, of Ordinance No. 942 of september 22, 2008, and § 2, paragraph 1, Executive Order No. 1024 of 23 October 2008).

Additionally, all educative associations and district associations, which receive grants or get designated premises, an obligation to declare elimination of children's certificates to the municipality, the Association is a resident of (cf. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 535 of 14 June 2004, as amended by section 1, no. 1 and 5 of law No. 1523 of 27 december 2009). The Declaration is issued once a year.

It is thus a condition for Association can obtain grants or designated premises, the Association delivers a statement regarding the commissioning of child certificates. The municipalities must thus fail to provide grants and to assigning the premises, if the Association does not give off statement to that effect.

The Association's statutes shall deliver eligible for drawing the Declaration on the Association's behalf.

The obligation to declare applies also, although the Association at the time of submission of the Declaration not hires or employs persons who, in the performance of their duties, have direct contact with children under the age of 15 years. Associations that do not hire or employ persons who, in the course of carrying out their duties must have direct contact with children under the age of 15 years, however, not be ordered with the Declaration of a present obligation to obtain children's certificates.

The Declaration contains an ongoing commitment for the Association for throughout the grant year to obtain children's certificates to the extent that the Association hires or employs persons who, in the performance of their duties, have direct contact with children under the age of 15 years, see. section 2, paragraph 1 of Decree No. 942 by 22. September 2008, and § 2, paragraph 1, of Decree No. 1024 by 23. October 2008).
