Appendix 1

Completion of nominal quantities for finished wine and spirit drinks, and the labelling of aerosols 1)

In accordance with section 15 (1). Paragraph 1, and section 22 (2). Amendment No 4. 602 of 24. June 2005 on business promotion shall be adopted according to the authority :

§ 1. In the case of final packaging, this notice shall mean a unit consisting of a product and of the individual packaging of the product. An item is packed when the presence of the buyer is packed in a packaging of any kind in such a way that the quantity of the packaged packaging has a predetermined size that cannot be changed without the opening of the packaging ; or undergoes a visible change.

Paragraph 2. The quantity or volume of the package or volume of the package shall be the quantity or volume specified on the packaging.

Paragraph 3. Multi-packs are prepackaged, which contain two or more individual packs intended for sale separately. The nominal quantities set out in section 1 of the Annex shall apply to each individual package.

Paragraph 4. Where a final package consists of two or more individual packs not intended for sale separately, the nominal quantities set out in section 1 of the Annex shall apply to the finished packaging.

§ 2. Wine and spirit drinks referred to in paragraph 2 of the Annex and completed within the intervals referred to in paragraph 1 of the Annex may be placed on the market only if it is packed in the nominal quantities specified in section 1 of the Annex, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Complements shall not apply to prepackages referred to in paragraph 1. 1, when they are sold in duty-free shops for consumption outside the European Union.

§ 3. For aerosol containers (aerosol cans), the aggregate nominal capacity of the container must be provided. The declaration must not be allowed to be confused with the nominal volume of the content.

Paragraph 2. Goods sold in the form of aerosols can bear an indication of the nominal weight content.

§ 4. With fine punishment, the one who :

1) Marketplace wine and spirit drinks in violation of section 2.

2) Avoiding the total nominal capacity of the aerosol container on the container itself, in violation of section 3.

Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

§ 5. The announcement will enter into force on the 11th. April 2009.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 901 of 29. November 1993 on the volume sizes of wines, grape must and spirit drinks etcetera. (The Volumental Order).

Yellow wine
Wine, as defined in Annex IV (1), 15 or 16 of Council Regulation (EC) No, 479/2008 (CN code ex 2204) with indication of origins : "Côtes du Jura", "Arbois", "L' Etoile" and "Château-Chalon" in bottles as defined in point 3 of Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2 (3). 753/2002 of 29. April 2002 laying down certain detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 2 1493/1999 2) in the case of description, description, presentation and protection of certain wine products ;
Sparkling wine
