Publication of the amendment of the notice of the safety-approval of railway infrastructure managers

§ 1

Notice no. Thirteen of four. January 2007 concerning the security clearance of railway infrastructure managers is hereby amended as follows :

1. I ~ 30 (5)) 3, is inserted after 3. Act. :

' In the light of the application, the Management Board may, on the basis of a specific safety assessment, extend the validity of a safety certificate. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November, 2008.
