Chapter 1

Offer

§ 1. It shall be granted to institutions of general high school education and general adult education :

1) Basic supplements after paragraph 30 (3). 1, in the Law on general high school education and general adult education, and so on and guidelines for basic supplements determined on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction, cf. § 8.

2) Activity-specific grants for the student exam education, training for higher preparation, general adult education, preparatory adult learning and moderation training for adults in accordance with section 30 (5). 1, 2, 3 and 7, in the Law on general education and general training, etc. and guidelines for the individual grants laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction.

3) Activity specific grants for training aimed at a comparable international exams which are conditional on higher education in Denmark, in accordance with section 33 of the institutions of general education and general adult education ; etc. and guidelines for the individual grants laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction.

4) Activity specific grants to cowards in section 34 of the law on general education and general adult education, etc. and guidelines for the individual grants laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction. However, the addition of cowards to cowards of former local authority colleges shall be provided as a framework grant laid down in accordance with the guidelines laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction.

§ 2. Activity specific grants in accordance with section 1, no. 2-6 shall be granted on the basis of each institution ' s number of seasors or food-year ever and rate of tariffs per year. the number of the year or the one. the annual cost of the annual financial laws for the individual education or activity of the annual financial laws. § 3. Additional grants other than those covered by Section 1 and loans shall be paid on the basis of the annual financial laws or the Ministry of Education in connection with the grant of the subsidy or the loan.

Paragraph 2. In the institutions of general high school education and general adult education, which are groupings with an institution for vocational training, grant grants to other courses other than those eligible for aid in accordance with section 1, no. 2-6, in accordance with the applicable grant rules for the training in question.

Chapter 2

Paragraph 2. For the purpose of a year, the following means

1) At the training for student diplomas and training for higher preparation, other than stx-single class, hf-single class and secondary secondary, a student taught at the institution ' s measure for 200 days on a full-time basis. § 6. Chapter 4

Different rules

Institutionals ' budget and appropriation system

§ 10. Institutions for general education and general adult education are subject to the rules laid down in the budget guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, as set out in the Financial Ministry, as set out in the Financial Ministry. However, section 11.

Chapter 5

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 18. Paragraph 2. Adult training centres which, pursuant to section 6 (2), Two, in Law No 592 of 24.
