Chapter 1
Offer
§ 1. It shall be granted to institutions of general high school education and general adult education :
1) Basic supplements after paragraph 30 (3). 1, in the Law on general high school education and general adult education, and so on and guidelines for basic supplements determined on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction, cf. § 8.
2) Activity-specific grants for the student exam education, training for higher preparation, general adult education, preparatory adult learning and moderation training for adults in accordance with section 30 (5). 1, 2, 3 and 7, in the Law on general education and general training, etc. and guidelines for the individual grants laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction.
3) Activity specific grants for training aimed at a comparable international exams which are conditional on higher education in Denmark, in accordance with section 33 of the institutions of general education and general adult education ; etc. and guidelines for the individual grants laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction.
4) Activity specific grants to cowards in section 34 of the law on general education and general adult education, etc. and guidelines for the individual grants laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction. However, the addition of cowards to cowards of former local authority colleges shall be provided as a framework grant laid down in accordance with the guidelines laid down on the annual financial laws and the AGV instruction.

§ 2. Activity specific grants in accordance with section 1, no. 2-6 shall be granted on the basis of each institution ' s number of seasors or food-year ever and rate of tariffs per year. the number of the year or the one. the annual cost of the annual financial laws for the individual education or activity of the annual financial laws. Paragraph 2. Deposits after section 1 shall be paid to the institutions following the payment models specified in the AGV instruction.
Paragraph 3. Paragraph 4. An advance payment or grant may be made in the case of prior payments, including in the preceding financial year. No interest shall be granted in respect of post-regulation interest.
§ 3. Additional grants other than those covered by Section 1 and loans shall be paid on the basis of the annual financial laws or the Ministry of Education in connection with the grant of the subsidy or the loan.
Paragraph 2. In the institutions of general high school education and general adult education, which are groupings with an institution for vocational training, grant grants to other courses other than those eligible for aid in accordance with section 1, no. 2-6, in accordance with the applicable grant rules for the training in question.
Chapter 2
Decision of the year ever and other
§ 4. The number of seasors or food must be accounted for on the basis of the number of pupils, the exchange rate and so on, which are enrolled in the education or training of a pre-scheduled day (s day) during each period of time.

Paragraph 3. Study the student diploma training and the training of the two-year training for higher preparation, cannot be part of the institution ' s annual trainset calculation for a single class. A student or cousist, who is following lessons in a high school college in a different institution other than the one where the student or coupage is registered in the secondary school, cannot be included in the annual calculation of the second institution.
§ 5. The number of years ever, cf. paragraph 2, and the food season, cf. paragraph 3, for the determination of grants following this notice, shall be done according to the guidelines, including for the counting days, counting periods, and reports, in the AGV instruction.
Paragraph 2. For the purpose of a year, the following means
1) At the training for student diplomas and training for higher preparation, other than stx-single class, hf-single class and secondary secondary, a student taught at the institution ' s measure for 200 days on a full-time basis. The same applies to training to which grants are granted under Section 33 of the institutions of general education and general adult education, etc.
2) On the x-single class, hf-single class, high school complements, general adult education, preparatory adult learning and dyspool training for adult adult apprentice a student in 812,5 bell hours.
3) An individual competency assessment is a participant in the competence of 812.5 bell hours.
4) On bridbuilding and intro courses, a student was taught at the institution's measure for 200 days on a full-time basis.
Paragraph 3. A boarding student is understood to mean a student who, following the announcement of the inclusion of boarding students and the student body charge, on the training of the student exams, has been included in a boarding school for 200 days.
§ 6. Chapter 4
Different rules
Institutionals ' budget and appropriation system
§ 10. Institutions for general education and general adult education are subject to the rules laid down in the budget guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, as set out in the Financial Ministry, as set out in the Financial Ministry. However, section 11.

§ 12. Institutions for general education and general adult education must, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the AGV instruction, apply certain administrative systems.

§ 13. Institutions that use buildings covered by sections 12, 1. pkt., in Law No 590 of 24. June 2005 or Clause 9, 1. pkt., in Law No 591 of 24. In June 2005, in accordance with the instructions provided for in the AGV instructions, conditions for use shall be subject to the conditions laid down in the AGV instruction, including making payments under paragraph 2.
Paragraph 2. In the case of training and revenue-covered activities in the provisions of paragraph 1, 1 mentioned buildings, the institutions of the Ministry of Education shall make contributions to the co-financing of the building costs, cf. the terms and conditions of the Finance Bill. The payment will be made according to the Guidelines in the AGV instruction. Chapter 5
Entry into force and transitional provisions
§ 17. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. In November 2008, with effect on financial year 2008 and later, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
Paragraph 2. The notice only takes effect from 1. August 2008 for :

§ 18. For institutions receiving basic subsidies in accordance with section 1, no. 1, regulated during a transitional period, the total activity-specific grants, according to the general education and general training of general adult education, etc. according to guidelines set out in the annual financial laws.
Paragraph 2. Adult training centres which, pursuant to section 6 (2), Two, in Law No 592 of 24.
