Publication of the amendment of the notification on building damage

§ 1

Notice no. 1292 of 24. October 2007 on the building damage policy is hereby amended as follows :

1. I Section 26 (1). 2, no. 1, the following shall be inserted before ' total contractor ` : ' professional developer ` ;

2. § 28, paragraph 1. 2 and 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The processed inspection report will be available to secure and the insurance undertaking via the Public Information Server (OIS). The processed inspection report from 1 year inspections shall be available no later than 11 months after the insurance has entered into force, cf. however, paragraph 1 3. The review report from 5 years of inspection must be available no later than 4 years and 11 months after the insurance has entered into force, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. If the intelligence report and the damage report have not been reached, the Danish Agency for Industry and Construction has not arrived at the end of the deadlines set out in section 27 (2). Consequently, pursuant to section 20, the Danish inspection report shall be accessible via the OIS as soon as possible after receipt of the post-syndrome report and the desserts. `

3. I § 28 pasted as paragraph 4 :

" Stop. 4. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 2 and 3 the supervised inspection report may also be requested by the insurance undertaking and by the professional developer at the request of the Agency for Errecruitment and Construction. ` ;

4. I § 29, paragraph. 2 'The month' is replaced by 'the year'.

5. I Section 32 (1). 2, no. 1, the following shall be inserted before ' total contractor ` : ' professional developer ` ;

6. I § 37 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The insurance company shall inform the Acquired and Construction Services as soon as possible, electronically. ' ;

The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. November, 2008. However, section 1, no. 4, in force on 1. July, 2009.
