Publication of the recognition of professional qualifications acquired abroad for work on offshore facilities, etc. 1)

Purline 3, paragraph 3. 5, and section 50 (5). Amendment No 4. 1424 by 21. In December 2005, on the safety and conditions for off-shore for investigation, production and transport of hydrocarbons (offshore safety law) as amended by law no. 107 of 7. February 2007, according to Section 61 (2), to be authorised. 3 :

§ 1. Directive 2005/36 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the recognition of professional qualifications shall apply in the case of the processing of the procedures for the approval of professional qualifications in respect of the statutory regulator, the occupation of the area of off-shore security law, as shown in Appendix 1.

Paragraph 2. The announcement shall apply to any national of an EU-/EEA Member State or country which the European Union has entered into in agreement with regard to the provision of a regulated profession and which wishes to exercise a regulated professions covered by Annex 1 here, the country on the basis of professional qualifications obtained in another EU-/EEA Member State or other country to which the EU has concluded agreement on this subject.

Paragraph 3. The establishment of the establishment shall be subject to the rules laid down in Articles 11 to 14 and 50-52 of the Directive.

Paragraph 4. In the case of services (temporary and occasional occupational practice), cf. Article 5 (3) of the Directive ; 2, has the service provider the right to initiate work on the basis of professional qualifications acquired in another EU-/EEA Member State or other country to which the EU has entered into agreement on the subject of the exercise of a regulated profession. professional qualifications must be acquired through either :

1) the fulfilment of the requirements for access to or the exercise of the profession when the profession is regulated in the country in question, cf. Article 3 of the Directive ; or

2) in the course of the last 10 years, in the course of the last 10 years, in the course of the last 10 years, when the profession is not regulated in that country.

§ 2. Approvals shall be notified in writing by way of section 1.

§ 3. The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. November, 2008.
