Publication of the amendment of the notification of food hygiene training 1)

§ 1

Notice no. 123 by 15. In February 2008 on the hygiene of food hygiene, the following changes are made :

1. The following footnote to the title of the notice is inserted : ' The announcement contains provisions which implement parts of Directive 2005 /36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7. September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications (EU Official Journal) No L 255 page 22). "

2. § 3, nr. 5 and 6 ITREAS :

" 5) have completed an education in the area of food or have taken part in the course of food hygiene at least the same level as mentioned in section 2 (3). 1,

6) is employed in or has established food business before 1. of January 1997, in cases where no subsequent employment is made or established in the establishment of another food business, "

3. I § 3 pasted as no. 7 and 8 :

" 7) are recognized under the notice of the recognition of professional qualifications in food hygiene, or

8) perform temporary and occasional treatment of food in accordance with the notice of the recognition of professional qualifications in food hygiene. ' ;

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. November, 2008.
