Publication of the amendment of the provenance of ostrich-breeders 1)

§ 1

Notice no. 192 of 25. in March 1998, on the farmed of ostrich birds, as amended by publication No 2 ; 334 of 10. June 1998 and Notice no. Sixteen of eight. January 2007, the following changes are made :

1. As Footnote to the title of the notice inserted :

' 1) The Order contains provisions implementing the Directive 2005 /36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7. September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, (EU Official Journal # L 255, page 22). "

2. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with sections 4 and 5, section 13 (1). 2, section 14 (4). 1, section 15, section 16 (4). 2, section 53, section 67 and section 70 (6). Three, in the law. 432 of 9. In June 2004 on the range of animals, the following shall be :

3. I Section 2 (2). 1 , the ' Veterinary and Food Directorate ' shall be replaced by ' the food registration '.

7. I § 3 pasted as paragraph 4 and 5 :

" Stop. 4. Except for the requirement set out in paragraph 1. 1 are persons who can document that within the last 10 years of the date of application, the operation of a farmed breed of ostrich birds has been in place, as referred to in paragraph 1 (1). 1, for at least two years.

Paragraph 5. The requirement of paragraph 1. 1 may be deviated from persons who :

1) are recognized by virtue of the notice of the recognition of professional qualifications in the breeding of foxes, farther, deer and ostrich birds ; or

2) on a temporary or occasional basis, the operation of a farmed breed of ostrich birds in accordance with the notice of the recognition of professional qualifications in the breeding of foxes, farther, deer and ostrich birds. ` ;

8. I Section 4 (4). 5 , the 'Veterinary and Food Dates' is replaced by 'the Food Authority'.

9. I Section 18 (2). 1 , the ' Veterinary and Food Directorate ' shall be replaced by ' the food registration '.

10. § 19 ITREAS :

" § 19. The expenditure on the registration of a plant of farmed by ostrich birds and the supervision of this shall be paid in accordance with the notice of payment for the control of food and live animals, etc. ` ;

11. Section 20 (2). 1, ITREAS :

" The penalty shall be punished, which violates § 2, section 3, paragraph 3. 1-2, section 4, paragraph 4. 1-4, section 5-10, section 11, paragraph 11. 1, sections 12 13, section 14, paragraph 1. One, and section 15 -17. "

12. I § 20 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2 The sentence may rise to a maximum sentence for two years if it has been committed by the action or omission, with a set of or gross negligence, and there is a breach in the infringement proceedings ;

1) any injury to human or animal health or induced danger ; or

2) obtained or intended for the benefit of the person concerned himself or others, including in the case of savings. `

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 3.

13. I Section 21 (1). 1 and 2, the ' Veterinary and Food Directorate ' shall be replaced by ' the food registration '.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. December 2008.
