§ 1
Notice no. 771 of 6. July 2006 on the authorisation and registration of food establishments as well as self-control, as amended by the notice of publication no. 893 of 21. 1 August 2006 and Notice no. 469 of 24. In May 2007, the following changes are made :
1. I § 12, paragraph 1. 1, pasted as no. 7 :
" 7) Treatment and marketing of foodstuffs in
a) institutions with daytime offers for children until school starts,
b) common rooms where children until school starts from daytime offers in private homes, and meet when the common food is processed and placed on the market, cf. however, section 14, no. 3, and
c) day-offer in the form of leisure home, cluboffer and other social pedagogical leisure offers to children after school starts and young people, cf. however, section 14, no. 4. "
2. § 14, no. 3 and 4, ITREAS :
" 3) Daily offer for children until school starts in private homes.
4) Institutions with daytime offers to children after school starts and young people, where there is only a limited treatment of food or occasional treatment of food in order to concern the children and young people. '
§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
