Publication of the amendment of the Notice of Medicine and Shipment

§ 1

Notice no. 875 of 17. August 2006 on the price of medicine and the delivery conditions, as last amended by the date of publication no. 215 of 12. March 2007, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 1 (1). 3, no. 2, "Denmark, and" to : "Denmark,".

2. I Section 1 (1). 3, no. 3, "Denmark." to Denmark, and ".

3. I Section 1 (1). 3, the following is added FOUR :

" 4) the gases covered by the notice of publication no. 1318 of 27. 'November 2007 on gases for medicinal use marketed or desired marketed in Denmark'.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 24th. January 2008.
