Publication of the amendment of grants to set-aside zones along watercourses and lakes

§ 1

Notice no. 591 of 8. June 2007 on subsidies to set-aside zones along watercourses and lakes are made the following changes :

1. Section 6 (2). 1, ITREAS :

The application for a commitment to grants must be submitted to the Executive Board of the Food Industry, which may be submitted at the earliest possible time from the 1. February of the year when the period of time is requested and shall be received in the same year no later than the date on which the single payment application expires, and this notice refers to the time limit laid down by the directorate in the Directorate-General for the Commission ; notification of direct aid to farmers under the single payment scheme. `

2. After section 6 and before the text heading to section 7 is inserted :

" § 6 a. Where an application is transferred to a new owner or tenant before a decision is taken on grants, the new owner or tenant may enter into the application on condition that a declaration of this is submitted to the Executive Board of It's a food business.

Paragraph 2. The declaration must be submitted in a special form, which is obtained by means of the directorate or via the Directorate-General's website. '

3. I § 10 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The Executive Board of the Food Safety Board may, in specific cases, dispense from the requirements referred to in paragraph 1. 1, no. 5, set out. "

4. § 18 ITREAS :

" § 18. However, if the aforementioned transfer takes place less than eight weeks before the next period of application for individual payment, the manufacturer must, however, have been received in the Directorate no later than eight weeks after the aforementioned transfer. Paragraph 4. The Directorate may, in particular cases, dispose of the dispensary from the one in paragraph 1. 2 specified time limit. ` ;

5. I § 21 pasted as paragraph 4 :

" Stop. 4. Inserts a new owner or company in a commitment for a grant for an area, cf. Article 18, on the basis of a manufacturer ' s replacement declaration received in the Executive Board of the Food Authority later than eight weeks after the date of the transfer of the economic responsibility for the operation of the area, the expulated grant of the area for the year shall be suspended ; the level of the manufacturer ' s change ' s declaration. If the eight-week period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or a national holiday, the deadline shall expire on the second weekday (Saturday, not counting) that will follow. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. -February 2008.
