Decree amending the Decree on subsidies for set-aside buffer zones along streams and Lakes

§ 1

In executive order No. 591 of 8. June 2007 on subsidies for set-aside buffer zones along streams and Lakes shall be amended as follows:

1. Article 6, paragraph 1, is replaced by the following: ' the Application of commitments for grants must be submitted to the Directorate of Food Business. Application can be submitted at the earliest from 1. February in the year of the commitment period requested commenced, and must be received in the same year, at the latest on the day on which the deadline for application for the single payment expires, thus in this order means the time limit specified in the Directorate's notice on direct aid to farmers in accordance with the single payment scheme. "

2. Under section 6 and section 7 shall be inserted before the text header to:

4. Article 18 shall be replaced by the following: ' article 18. (3). The new owner or tenant will be at the timely receipt of producer switch statement in the Directorate registered as a new undertaking gardens.

(4). The Directorate may, in exceptional cases, grant a derogation from the time limit referred to in paragraph 2. ';

5. In article 21 paragraph 4 is added: ' (4). § 2
