Publication of the authorisation of the Slaughterhouse Research Institute for approval and inspection, and so on of isolated means of transport to perishable food and for the reduction of the ATP Committee

In accordance with section 58 of the Act of Law No 526 of 24. June 2005 on foodstuffs shall be fixed :

§ 1. Testing, approval and inspection of isolated transport equipment for the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs and the special equipment to be used for such transport (ATP 1) ), by the Slaughterhouse Research Institute, ATP-matter control, Maglegaardsvej 2, 4000 Roskilde.

Paragraph 2. The FDA may lay down detailed rules for the operation of the ATP Material Control, including payment, accounting and budget provisions.

§ 2. The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries shall set up a Committee (ATP Committee) to assist in the management of the rules established for the fulfilment of the ATP Treaty, including to supervise the activities carried out by the ATP ATP Materiel Control.

Paragraph 2. The ATP committee consists of three of the Minister nominated members, of whom Dansk Transport and Logistics appoint one, the Agricultural Railway One and the Danish Fishing Industrial and Export Association.

§ 3. The costs of the ATP-committee business are to be borne by the ATP-matter control.

Paragraph 2. The Food Management Board may lay down detailed rules for the operation of the ATP committee.

§ 4. Decisions taken pursuant to section 1 (1). Paragraph 1 may be subject to the Secretariat of the Food and Veterinary Complains, cf. the announcement of the Secretariat of Food and Veterinary Complains. Decisions taken by the unit of appeal for food and veterinary services cannot be brought to a higher administrative authority.

Paragraph 2. The unit of the food and veterinary services must before a decision is taken in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, obtain an opinion from the ATP Committee.

§ 5. The time limit shall be four weeks, cf. however, paragraph 1 The second complaint shall be lodged by the Slaughterhouse Research Institute, ATP-matter control, Maglegaardsvej 2, 4000 Roskilde.

Paragraph 2. The Secretariat of the Food and Veterinary Commonary Committee may, within six months of the decision, disregard the overrun of the draft deadline, when special reasons are in favour.

§ 6. Determination of charges to cover the costs of the testing, approval and inspection covered by Section 1 (1). 1, after obtained the opinion of the ATP Committee.

§ 7. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. March 2008. At the same time, notice No 998 of 13. November 2000 on the authorisation of the Slaughterhouse Research Institute for approval and inspection, and so on, of insulated transport equipment for perishable foodstuffs and the reduction of the ATP Committee.
