Publication of the amendment of the notification on IBR infection in bovine animals
(The sampling of certain petrol samples)
§ 1
Notice no. 29 of 19. In January 2006 on the IBR infection of bovine animals, the following changes are made :
1. I § 13 pasted as paragraph FOUR :
" Stop. 4. In the case of milling herds that do not supply milk to a dairy farm in this country, the owner or person responsible for the crew shall be responsible for ensuring that the requirements referred to in paragraph 1 shall be that they are referred to in paragraph 1. 1-3 of the said milk samples shall be taken and submitted for examination in a laboratory approved by the Food Authority. Samples must be taken by an unwilling person and taken as a representative sample of the tanker. The transmission of the milk shall be in agreement with the laboratory and in such a way that the milk may be examined when it arrives in the laboratory. `
§ 2
The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. March 2008.
