We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the rule of law, cf. Law Order no. 1261 of 23. In October 2007, the following changes are made :
1. I Section 32 (1). FOUR, TWO. pkt., the " Stk. ONE, TWO, FOUR. Pct. " to : ' Stk. 1, 3. -5. Pct. "
2. I Section 32 (1). FIVE, TWO. pkt., the " Stk. ONE, TWO. Pct. " to : ' Stk. ONE, THREE. Pct. "
3. I § 41 d inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :
4. I § 41 d, paragraph 4, there will be paragraph 1. The fifth paragraph is replaced by paragraph 5. 3, no. 2 or 3 ` shall be replaced by the following : 4, no. Two or three. "
5. I Section 44 (b) (b) 1, in the words ' section 4 ` shall be replaced by ' § 5 `.
6. I § 170, paragraph. 1, the words "defenders and lawyers" are replaced by "defenders, traders and lawyers."
7. I § 170, paragraph. TWO, ONE. pkt., "doctors and lawyers" are replaced by "doctors, traders and lawyers."
8. The following section 270 is inserted :
" Chapter 27
Realtor
§ 271. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to cases pending by the court or the right of the right to the Sø or the Law of the Trade.
§ 272. At the request of the parties, the Court may, upon request, designate a trader to assist the parties themselves in reaching an agreed solution to a dispute which the parties may have at its disposal (legal agent).
§ 273. As a Realtor can be appointed
1) a judge or clerk at the office concerned, as of the President of the Court of Justice of the European Parliament, acting as a trader or a trader, or
2) A lawyer who has been arrested by the Court of Justice in order to act as a trader in the jurisdiction of the country concerned.
Paragraph 2. The Court of Justice shall lay down detailed rules on the assumption of lawyers as a legal trader.
§ 274. sections 60 and 61 shall apply mutatis mutity; to a legal agent.
§ 275. The broker will determine the progress of the legal proceedings in consultation with the parties. With the consent of the parcts, the tractor may hold meetings with the parties separately.
§ 276. A Realtor will be terminated if
1) The parties shall reach an agreed solution to the dispute ;
2) The realtor decides it or
3) one of the parties requests that.
Paragraph 2. The broker will end a legal settlement if it is necessary to prevent the parties under the rule of law making an agreement that involves a criminal offence, or in any case contravenes the impossibility of non-contractual legislation.
§ 277. Information to be provided under a legal broker shall be confidential unless the parties agree otherwise or the information is available in public.
Paragraph 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1 may provide a party with information from a legal broker if :
1) the information originators from the party itself or
2) the law or provisions laid down in accordance with the law stipulated that the information must be disclosed.
Paragraph 3. Paragraph 2 shall apply mutatis muctis to other participants in the rule of law other than the parties and the trader.
Paragraph 4. If the case continues in court for a court of law, a party may, however, be subject to any such proceedings. 1 where necessary, the use of information received in the brokerage to justify a request to the court to impose on the other side or others to hand over documents, cf. Chapter 28.
§ 278. Each Party shall bear its own costs in the context of a legal contract, unless the parties agree otherwise.
§ 279. After a successful end of the trial, the real estate agent must not act as judge or lawyer at the trial of the case.
Paragraph 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 1 may a judge who has acted as a trader may, at the request of the court, introduce an agreed solution as a legal settlement in the court book and take a decision to raise the matter. '
9. I Section 353 (3). 1, no. 18, the words ' organization and ` shall be replaced by : 'organisation,'.
10. Section 353 (3). 1, no. 19, ITREAS :
" 19) Remediation and "
11. I Section 353 (3). 1, pasted as no. 20 :
" 20) alternate conflict resolution, including legal trainee. ` ;
12. I § 393, paragraph. FOUR, TWO. pkt., is inserted after ' § 299 ` : ' or § 306 (4). 1 '.
13. I § 581 in the case of the words ' referee ' shall be replaced by the words ' means of registration of the law.
§ 2
In the Law on Legal charges, cf. Law Order no. 936 of eight. September 2006, as amended, among other things, in section 7 of the Act of Law No. 539 of 8. June 2006 and no later than Section 4 of Law No 523 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :
1. I § 49 a, paragraph. ONE, TWO. pkt., ` shall be replaced by ' at the place of the thing or by the byrets `.
§ 3
In the inherit law, law no. 515 of 6. June 2007 shall be amended as follows :
1. I Section 32 (1). ONE, THREE. pkt., section 84, paragraph. ONE, THREE. pkt., and § 96, paragraph. 3, "§ 226 and 227" shall be replaced by : "§ 226".
2. I § 61, 3. pkt., replaced "§ 58" to : "§ 57".
§ 4
Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. April 2008, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.
Paragraph 2. The attorney general shall determine the time of entry into force of the Act of Title 2.
Paragraph 3. An insurance warehouse cannot terminate an insurance policy due to a change in the insurance terms, which is solely justified by the introduction of rules on the rule of law, cf. Chapter 27 of the law of the law of this Law, no. 8.
§ 5
The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, but paragraph 3 may, by means of a royal device, be brought into force for these parts of the village, with the deviations which are attributed to the special ferry and Greenlandic conditions.
