Publication of the entry into force of section 15 (3). 2, no. 25, in the planning law

In accordance with section 2, 2.pkt., in Law No 537 of 6. June 2007 amending the policy on planning (Urban policy etc.) is determined that section 15 (3). 2, no. Twenty-five, in the law of planning, as written in section 1 of the amending law. 14, enter into force on the 17th. March 2008.
