Completion of the experimental arrangements for the management of active employment and the active employment service activities ;

Under section 4 of the Act on the responsibility and management of the active employment effort, cf. law no. 522 of 24. June 2005, and section 116 of the Act on active employment, cf. Law Order no. 1074 of 7. September 2007 :

Expanded Action for New Available

(State and municipality at the Home Job Center in Corner, Frederikshavn, Brønderslev, Aarhus, Esbjerg, Roskilde, Roskilde, Gribskov, Holbæk, Vallensbæk and Vordingborg)

§ 1. The Minister for Employment has given permission to the State and the municipality of the Home Office in Corner, Frederiksport, Brønderslev, Aarhus, Esbjerg, Roskilde, Roskilde, Gribskov, Holbæk, Vallensbæk and Vordingborg conduct tests, then the State and the municipality in the job centre can give half of all newsroom receiving daily allowances in accordance with section 55 of the law on unemployment insurance, etc., a bulk-off and intensified effort, targeted job search and enabling early on for the unemployment flow.

Paragraph 4. By way of derogation from the provision of a call to tender in section 158, in the notice of active employment action, persons subject to the study must be obliged to accept tenders.

Paragraph 5. Regardless of section 34 of the Act of Active Action for Employment, there are no restrictions on the duration of the tender for guidance and for training according to Chapter 10, for the free available to be covered by the trial. Paragraph 6. § 2. Half of all newly-vauntes who, in the trial period, are resident in one of the test subjects, subject to the study. Paragraph 2. Leading that is part of a work distribution scheme is not subject to the study.

Paragraph 3. The participants in the attempt are selected via the first two digits in their C/no.

Paragraph 4. Leading can be in the period from the 18. Feb 2008 to the 18th. July 2008, participate in the study, and may then be covered by the trial of up to 6 months.

Grantor support for mentor

(Municipality of the Job Centre in Brøndby, Esbjerg, Gribskov, Holstebro, Holstebro, Copenhagen, Middle-speed, northern course, Rebild, Shive, Vesthimmerland, Revelocus, Ålborg and Aarhus)

§ 3. The Minister for Employment has given permission to the municipality of the Job Centre in Brøndby, Esbjerg, Gribskov, Holstebro, Holstebro, Copenhagen, Mediterranean, North-course, Rebild, Rep, Vesthimmerland, Revelations, Ålborg and Aarhus, conducting experiments, and the municipality of the job centre may grant aid to the mentoring function of the companies participating in the Project Enterprise Centre, on the basis of the number of seats at the company centre.

Paragraph 2. The subject of the search permit shall mean a derogation from Article 78 (3). 4, and section 79 (3). 2, in the Act of Active Employment, and for each unemployed person to decide whether a mentoring is critical to whether or not the person can participate in the offering and an hour number must be set for the mentor operation from a specific case. the assessment of the needs and conditions of the person.

Paragraph 3. The test period shall run from 1. April 2008 to 1. August 2009.

Enhanced efforts for cash and startup recipients

(The Municipality of the Job Centre in Næstknows, High Taastrup, Mediation, Sønderborg, Aarhus, Thisted, Bornholm, Lolland and Nyborg)

§ 4. The Minister for Employment has given permission to the municipality at the Næstknow, High Taastrup, Mediation, Sønderborg, Aarhus, Thisted, Bornholm, Lolland, and Nyborg conduct tests, after which the municipality at the job centre can give up to half of the all available over 29 years that have received cash benefits or the start assistance after Section 11 of the Act of an active social policy in cohesive at least 26 weeks, an intensive contact flow.

Paragraph 2. Leads that have applied for early retirement shall not be subject to the attempt by the local authorities to decide that the case is transferred to treatment after the early retirement rules in accordance with sections 17 and 18 of the Social Security Act.

Paragraph 3. The subject of the subject shall mean that the conditions in section 15 of the Act on the active work in which the organisation of the contact process should be individual and flexible may be deviated from.

Paragraph 4. § 5. Half of all cash and initial aid recipients who are domiciled in one of the test subjects may be subject to the study in accordance with the study. Section 4 (4). 1. Paragraph 2. Participants in the experiment are selected via random selections of cpr numbers.

Entry into force
