Notice on pilot schemes in accordance with the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts and act on an active employment efforts

Pursuant to § 4 of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts, see. Act No. 522 of 24. June 2005, and section 116 of the Act on an active employment efforts, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 1074 of 7. September 2007, fixed:

Expanded efforts nyledige

(The State and the municipality in the job centre in Hjørring, Frederikshavn, Brønderslev, Århus, Esbjerg, Vejle, Roskilde, Gribskov, Holbæk, Vallensbæk and Vordingborg)

§ 1. The employment Minister has given permission for the State and the municipality in the job centre in Hjørring, Frederikshavn, Brønderslev, Århus, Esbjerg, Vejle, Roskilde, Gribskov, Holbæk, Vallensbæk and Vordingborg conducts tests, after which the State and the municipality in the job centre can provide half of all nyledige, who receive a daily subsistence allowance under section 55 of the Act on unemployment insurance, etc., a forward and intensified efforts, targeted job search and unemployment early in the course of activation.

(2). The national labour market authority stipulates how the segment nyledige is bounded.

(3). Experimental authorization implies that the individual contact course after chapter 6 of the Executive order on an active employment efforts may be replaced by an intensified collective contact course.

(4). Regardless of the provision on the lapse of the obligation to offer in section 158 of the ordonnance on an active employment efforts, persons subject to trial under an obligation to accept the offer.

(5). Notwithstanding section 34 of the Act on an active employment efforts, there are no restrictions in the duration of the offer of guidance and skills after chapter 10, for the unemployed, who are covered by the study. This applies even if the offer is terminated after that the unemployed are no longer covered by the experiment, see. § 2 (4).

(6). Those responsible for the employment efforts in the job centres covered by the study, are exempt from the obligation to apply the governmental framework tender for unemployed graduates, see. § 9, paragraph 3, of the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts for the hostels, which are the subject of the trial and during the period of the experiment is conducted.

§ 2. Half of all nyledige, as during the experimental period is resident in one of the pilot municipalities, within the scope of the experiment. Available, which during the experimental period moves to one of the pilot municipalities, will be excluded from the scope of the experiment, see. section 1, paragraph 1. Available, moving from an experimental commune and to a municipality that is not included in the study are then excluded from the trial.

(2). Available, included in a work flow system, are not covered by the study.

(3). The participants in the experiment are selected via the first two digits of their social security number.

(4). Available may, during the period from 18 January 2005. February 2008 to the 18. July 2008 participate in the trial and may then be subject to trial for up to 6 months.

Appropriation of funding for mentoring

(Municipality in the job centre in Brondby, Esbjerg, Gribskov, Holstebro, Kalundborg, Copenhagen, middelfart, North djurs, Rebild, Slice, vesthimmerland, Åbenrå, Ålborg and Århus)

§ 3. The employment Minister has given permission for the municipality in the job centre in Brondby, Esbjerg, Gribskov, Holstebro, Kalundborg, Copenhagen, middelfart, North djurs, Rebild, Slice, vesthimmerland, Åbenrå, Ålborg and Århus are conducting trials, after which the municipality in the job centre may grant support for mentor feature in the companies participating in the trial project enterprise center, on the basis of the number of seats in the business centre.

(2). Experimental permit involves a derogation from section 78, paragraph 4, and section 79, paragraph 2, of the Act on an active employment efforts, whereby, for each available must be taken into account to determine whether a mentor function determines whether the person can participate in the offer, and that needs to be fixed the hour of mentor function on the basis of a specific assessment of the needs and requirements of the person.

(3). The trial period runs from the 1. April 2008 to the 1. August 2009.

Expanded effort for cash and start aid recipients

(The job centre in the municipality of Næstved, Høje-Taastrup, middelfart, Sønderborg, Aarhus, Thisted, Bornholm, Lolland and Nyborg)

§ 4. The employment Minister has given permission for the municipality in the job centre in Næstved, Høje-Taastrup, middelfart, Sønderborg, Aarhus, Thisted, Bornholm, Lolland and Nyborg conducts tests, after which the municipality in the job centre can provide up to half of all unemployed people over 29 years who have received social assistance or start Help pursuant to section 11 of the Act on an active social policy in coherent at least 26 weeks, an intensive course of contact.

(2). Available who have applied for early retirement, are excluded from the scope of the trial, if the Municipal Council has taken a decision on that case transferred for treatment in accordance with the rules on early retirement in accordance with sections 17 and 18 of the law on social pensions.

(3). Experimental authorization implies that the conditions set out in section 15 of the Act on an active employment efforts that the organisation of the course must be individualized and flexible contact, can be waived.

(4). The derogation shall apply until the trial is completed.

§ 5. Half of all cash and startup aid recipients during the experimental period is resident in one of the pilot municipalities, can be covered by the study of the basic regulation. section 4, paragraph 1. (3). The unemployed, who are referred to participate in the trial, can be the subject of an intensive course of contact pursuant to section 4, paragraph 1, for up to 26 weeks.

(4). The trial period runs from the 1. April 2008 to 30 April 2009. November 2008.

Date of entry into force of

§ 6. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. April 2008.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 79 of 13. February 2008 on pilot schemes in accordance with the law on responsibility for and management of active employment efforts and act on an active employment efforts.
