In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), 3, no. 11, in the law of feedingstuffs, cf. Law Order no. 762 of 29. June 2006, and after authorisation :

The scope of the Bekendom Decision

§ 1. Feedingstuffs which are applying for or have been approved or registered in accordance with the notice of feed and feed business shall pay fees as laid down in Annex 1 to cover the Agency ' s expenditure on administration and control, etc. the Regulation on feed and feed business, Regulation (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No (EC) No, 999/2001 of 22. September 2003 on the traceability and labelling of genetically modified organisms and the traceability of food and feed produced from genetically modified organisms and amending Directive 2001 /18/EC, Regulation (EC) No 18 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 1831/2003 of 22. September 2003 on feed additives, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No, 378/2005 of 4. Regulation (EC) No, March 2005 and Regulation (EC) No (EC) No 183/2005 of 12. Payment for registration and approval

§ 2. For the application for registration or approval, cf. Section 22 of the notice of feed and feed business must, with the exception of establishments concerned exclusively with primary production of feed materials or feed animals and which do not apply premixtures or feedingstuffs ; feed additives in the form of pure form, pay a fee as laid down in Annex 1, A.

Paragraph 2. Feedingstuffs to be approved in accordance with Article 10 (1). Paragraph 1 (a, b or c, of Regulation (EC) No, of the European Parliament and of the Council. 183/2005 of 12. Annual basic fee

§ 3. Feedingstuffs, other than companies which have activities alone as set out in paragraph 1. 2 and 3, shall pay a single annual base fee, cf. in Annex 1, B, no. 1, per unit, cf. Section 22 (2). 5, in the notice of feed and feed business.

Paragraph 2. Feedingstuffs which use premixtures or feed additives in pure form shall have to be used by the animal (s) per year. CVR no. or CPR no. pay it in Annex 1, B, no. 2, set up basic fee.

Paragraph 3. Feedingstuffs engaged in primary production of feed materials or feed additives which do not apply premixtures or feed additives must pay in the form of a clean form in Annex 1, B, 3, set up basic fee. The basic fee is charged per CVR no. or CPR no. Feedingstuffs, which, pursuant to the notice of publication No, no. 816 of 14. July 2006 on payment for animal feed checking in 2006 has prepaid registration tax for a multiannual period, first to pay the basic fee again after the expiry of the period.

Paragraph 4. Where the unit of a feed business is in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 3, pay more than one basic fees for the same unit, the most expensive category is paid for.

§ 4. Feedingstuffs which are registered or approved only part of the year may not require repayment or the reduction of the basic fee for the termination of the year. However, feedingstuffs which have prepaid registration tax for a multiannual period shall, however, be repaid for the duration of the duration of the multiannual period following the termination of the multiannual period.

§ 5. Feedingstuffs, with the exception of establishments referred to in section 3 (3). 2 and 3 shall pay for the time consumption of the plant directorate, cf. § 6. Feedingstuffs, with the exception of establishments referred to in section 3 (3). 2 and 3 shall pay the time spent by the plant directorate on the company and follow up in connection with ordinary checks, cf. Annex 1, D, is also paid for each hour of billed control over the company for an additional 1.5 hour preparing for the control.

§ 7. In the case of oversight prior to approval, audit, ordinary checks and in sampling, a start fee shall be paid as set out in Annex 1, C.

§ 8. Food business establishments which have also been approved or registered as feed establishments in accordance with the notice of feed and feed business, because they sell by-products for use as feed, are checked exclusively by the Food Authority, cf. the announcement of delegation of certain tasks to the Food Authority. In the case of the control which the Food Authority or the food court is carrying out for the Ministry of the Food Office, no payment shall be made in accordance with the tariffs set out in Annex 1, D., in this notice, but only in accordance with the Food Management Board ; tariffs, cf. the notice of payment for the control of food and live animals, etc.

Charges

§ 9. Feedingstuffs that sell feed materials to end user in this country, to other EU countries or to export, shall pay the quantity of the feed as laid down in Annex 1, E, nr. One, A, or B.

Paragraph 2. Feedingstuffs which, in the interest of their own holding, either import, or from another EU country, import feed materials, compound feedingstuffs or premixtures, shall pay the quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1, E, nr. ONE, A.

Paragraph 3. Feedingstuffs which produce premixtures shall pay the quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1, E, point 1, A or B of the feed materials included in the feed produced.

Paragraph 4. Feedingstuffs, producing compound feedingstuffs other than compound feedingstuffs, shall pay the quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1, E, point 1, A or B of the feed materials included in the feed produced.

Paragraph 5. Feedingstuffs producing compound feed for fish shall pay the quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1, E, nr. 2, A or B of the feed materials included in the feed produced.

Paragraph 6. Feedingstuffs which import or from another EU country import feed shall pay the quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1, E, point 1, A or 2, A, of the feed materials included in the imported or imported feed.

§ 10. Except in the case of the fee, feed materials inextricably triggered a charge to the Directorate-General for the European Union's turnover.

Paragraph 2. Feedingstuffs, including agriculture, which either import feed or from another EU country, feed on sale or by use on their own holdings shall pay the quantity fee as laid down in Annex 1, E, nr. 3, of feed additives in the form or in feed additives forming part of the feed.

§ 12. Except for the fee, feed additives, which have been inextricably triggered, have been released for turnover by the European Union for business purposes.

Paragraph 2. § 13. Feedingstuffs shall, at the request of the Board of Directorates and within a time limit set by the directorate, inform the Directorate-General of the information on the company ' s import, trade, production and sale of the latest completed calendar year ; for the calculation of the quantity fees. Paragraph 2. If a company is to inform the Directorate of the necessary information within the time limit laid down, the Board shall determine the basis for the quantity fees estimated to be considered.

Paragraph 3. The Board of Directors shall check the information reported.

§ 14. For the first time, for feed establishments approved or registered for the first time, the annual volume fees shall be calculated for the period from the establishment ' s approval or registration and the expiry of the calendar year in question on the basis of : the company ' s information concerning the expected import, trade, production and sale of the undertaking during the period concerned.

Paragraph 2. In the company's second marketing year, the quantity fees shall be calculated to cover the control over this calendar year on the basis of the company's information on expected imports, trade, production and sale throughout the calendar year.

Paragraph 3. From the company ' s third marketing year, quantity charges shall be calculated during the current calendar year on the basis of the company ' s information concerning actual imports, trade, production and sale in the immediate preceding year.

§ 15. The annual volume fees shall be charged to the person who is the owner of the establishment at the time of collection.

Paragraph 2. Feedingstuffs, resulting from cessation of notification of their approval or registration in the course of the calendar year, shall be reimbursed to the amount of fees corresponding to that part of the calendar year where the company no longer has any activity, if any, the termination of the feed business or the expected termination of feed business is received in the Plant Directorate no later than 1. November of the year in question.

Paragraph 3. The company transfer during the calendar year does not involve a refund of fees.

Precative calculation of the annual basis and quantity fees

§ 16. The yearly basis and quantity fees as set out in Annexes 1, B and E, cf. sections 3-4 and section 9-15 shall be calculated in the financial year 2008 proportionate, the fees for the period 1. January 2008 to 30. April 2008 shall be calculated on the basis of tariffs in Annexes 1 B and D, cf. § 4, § 5 and § 9. 13, in the notice number 1723 of 21. § 17. Fees shall be decree by claims and payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Entry into force
