Law on Social Services Act

(Taste for operational disorientation)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Act of Social Services, cf. Law Order no. 1117 of 26. September 2007, as amended by Section 10 of Law No 434 of 8. May 2006, section 15 of the law. 1587 of 20. December 2006, section 9 of Law No 346 of 18. April 2007, section 36 of the law. 523 of 6. June 2007 and Law No 226 of 8. April 2008, the following changes are made :

1. The title before section 146 is replaced by the following :

"Follow-up, oversight, and payment for the sight"

2. The following section 148 is inserted :

" § 149. The local authority and the regional council shall set out a tariff for the general operational supervision, cf. Section 5 (5). 7, and section 148 a, which is paid by the tender covered by the supervision.

Paragraph 2. Taksted by paragraph 1 shall be calculated on the basis of the average cost of the implementation of the tender or the type of tender. ` ;

3. I § 165 (a) 1 and 2, change "§ § 38 and" to : "section".

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.
