Completion of aid measures to improve the conditions for the production and marketing of apiculture products 1)

In accordance with text-labelling no. 143 to section 24 of the 2008 financial act shall be authorised :

§ 1. This notice relates to measures to improve the conditions for the production and placing on the market of beekeeping products. It includes projects approved for Denmark under the European Community programme on beekeeping products, and for which aid may be granted.

Paragraph 2. Support may only be granted for projects which fall within the following measures :

1) Community assistance to beekeepers and associations of beekeepers.

2) The fight against varroatosis.

3) Rationalisation of the relocation of the hives.

4) Measures to support laboratories analysing the physico-chemical characteristics of the hones.

5) Cooperation with specialist bodies on the implementation of programmes for the use of beekeeping and beekeeping products.

6) Measures to support the recovery of bee stocks in the Community.

§ 2. The Executive Board of the Food Safety Board shall take a decision after this notice.

Paragraph 2. The Executive Board of the Food Industry shall carry out administrative checks after making such notice.

Paragraph 3. The Department of Directorates is responsible for the physical check on the spot.

Paragraph 4. The beneficiary shall in the case of the grant referred to in paragraph 1. 2 and 3 checks shall provide the necessary guidance and assistance in the implementation of the control, including forward-looking sites for which project activities are carried out, and at the request of a motion extraditing or submitting a financial reporting material, etc.

§ 3. Applications for aid under a programme, cf. Section 1 shall be submitted to the Executive Board of the Food Safety Executive by 1. March of the year in which the programme is commencing.

Paragraph 2. The eligible measures laid down for each year of the project period in accordance with the approved project shall be carried out in the year in question at the earliest of the project concerned. September and be fully implemented by 31. August the following year.

§ 4. The request for payment of aid shall be submitted to the Executive Board of the Food Industry on a specific application form.

Paragraph 2. The request for payment of aid and the report shall be received in the directorate at the latest by the 15. In each of the years the project runs under its approval, this project runs on the project.

Paragraph 3. The amount of the aid may be paid together or up to four instalments, since each payment request shall be accompanied by a certificate of expenditure for the auditor. The certificate in the case of public institutions may be replaced by a special declaration.

Paragraph 4. The beneficiary shall be obliged to keep relevant accounting records for at least five years after the completion of the project.

§ 5. The grant recipient must complete the project according to the approved project description.

Paragraph 2. The Executive Board of the Food Safety Board may, upon written request, permit a change of a project. The amendment of a project must not be initiated before the directorate has authorised it.

§ 6. The Executive Board of the Food Business Authority may require payment of amounts paid in full or in part,

1) if the project is not carried out in accordance with the approved application,

2) if it is in section 5 (5). 2, the procedure referred to above has not been used,

3) the grant consignee shall override his duties in accordance with section 2 (2). 4, or

4) otherwise, the grant conditions have not been met.

Paragraph 2. The interest shall be added to the payment of the payment claims. The interest rate allowance shall be calculated from the due date on which refunds are due and the rate of reference laid down in the interest rate set out in the interest rate shall be paid. However, the interest rates shall be at least 50 kr.

§ 7. Complaination of decisions taken following this notice may be submitted to the minister of food, agriculture and fisheries.

Paragraph 2. The complaint shall be submitted by the Executive Board of the Food Industry, the class shall be the directorate of the Directorate-General within four weeks of receipt of the complaint relating to the complaint.

§ 8. The announcement shall enter into force on the 18-1. May 2008.

Paragraph 2. This notice shall also apply to the projects that in the period 1 of the programme period. September 2007 to 31. The year August 2010 has been approved for Denmark under the European Community programme on beekeeping products.

April 2004 on measures to improve the conditions for the production and placing on the market of beekeeping products and the Commission Regulation (EC) No 7. 917/2004 of 29. April 2004 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No (EC) No 79/2004 on the measures for beekeeping, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2, 939/2007 of 7. August 2007. The publication shall include certain provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2 ; 917/2004 of 24. April 2004. According to Article 249 of the EC Treaty, a Regulation shall apply immediately in each Member State. Thus, the reproduction of these provisions shall be based solely on practical considerations and shall not affect the immediate validity of the Regulation in Denmark.
