In accordance with section 30 (2), Paragraph 1 and 3, section 34, section 63 and section 70 (3). 3 and 5, in the Law No 432 of 9. June 2004 on the team of animals, as last amended by law no. 105 of 20. In February 2006, the following shall be :

Chapter 1

Scope and definitions

§ 1. This notice shall apply to herds in which production exceeds an annual average of 500 animal units.

Paragraph 2. However, the declaration shall not apply to herds in which there are only poultry, fur animals or aquaculture animals.

§ 2. For the purposes of this notice :

1) "Crew" means a collection of animals of the same animal species associated with a particular geographical location.

2) ' Animal units ` means a calculation unit that is calculated according to the rules in section 2 of the landlord and area requirement notice.

3) "Quarantine Unit" : Premises physically separated from other premises on the premises. The premises must be at a reasonable distance from premises containing animals of species that may be infected with the same animal disease.

4) ' Holdoperations ` means the operation of a crew so that animals in teams are inserted over a maximum period of four weeks in a section of the crew protected against the spread of infections from other animals in the crew. Before inserting a new team of animals, the section must be emptied, cleaned and disinfected.

5) ' Community grass ` means a pasture area in which the food landline has approved the existence of animals of the same species from more than one herd.

Chapter 2

Requirements for infective measures in herds with more than 500 animal units

Health consulting

§ 3. The crew must be covered by a medical advisory agreement concluded with an practising veterinarian.

Paragraph 2. The health advisory agreement shall be concluded in accordance with the provisions applicable to the animal species concerned at all times. In the case of bovine herds, the rules in the notice of New Health Consultancy in bovine herds shall be applied.

Paragraph 3. The SmitteProtection Plan, cf. Section 4-9 shall be included as part of the health advisory agreement.

SmitteProtection Plan

§ 4. A herd of more than 500 animal units must be established only on a specific geographical location if the owner or person responsible for the crew has produced a disease protection plan approved by the person in section 3 (3). The veterinarian referred to in paragraph 1. The same applies to the extension of an existing crew to more than 500 animal units.

Paragraph 2. The SmitteProtection Plan shall include all species of livestock in the caret area and contain a plan for the risks of the specific herd with regard to the prevention of infectious animal diseases, and which risk of infection is preventable ; measures to be implemented.

Paragraph 3. The SmitteProtection Plan must at least re-trade the following elements :

1) The geographical location of the crew relative to other herds.

2) Delimiter of the staging area, including outdoor land.

3) The feeding of animals, animal feed, stockings, semen, medicine, utensils, etc. for the crew.

4) People's access to and the crew.

5) Prevention and protection against rats, mice, birds and insects and fighting to the extent necessary.

6) Deventing animals for life-use, slaughter or destruction, disposal of urine, fertilizer, products, utensils, etc.

7) Critical points in the protection of the crew, including special conditions in the case of outdoor production.

8) What requirements are provided for the protection of health and health monitoring in supplier herds.

9) Documentation of infection protection procedures, including for the visitors and health status of supplier herds and purchased animals, etc.

§ 5. The SmitteProtection Plan, which shall be signed by the owner or person responsible for the crew and the person referred to in section 3 (3). The veterinarian referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted to the food-food registration.

Paragraph 2. Before 4 weeks from receipt of the contamination plan, the food landlord may invite the owner or the person responsible for making changes to the contagious protection plan.

§ 6. The owner or person responsible for the crew must comply with the contamination plan.

§ 7. In the case of herds of more than 500 animal units already in operation by the entry into force of this notice, the owner or person responsible shall be responsible for the crew at the latest on 1. In November 2008, a disease protection plan that meets the conditions laid down in section 4 (4) is drawn up. Two to three, approved by the third paragraph of paragraph 3. The veterinarian referred to in paragraph 1. The provisions of sections 5 and 6 shall apply mutatis mutis.

§ 8. The SmitteProtection Plan shall be reviewed once a year for the first time no later than 12 months after the commissioning of the crew.

Paragraph 2. The revised infection protection plan must be approved by the Commission in section 3, paragraph 3. The veterinarian referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted to the veterinary surgeon and be submitted to the food. However, until this may be done, the existing contamination plan shall apply.

Paragraph 3. The provision in section 4 (4). 2 3, and section 5-6 shall apply mutatis muted to the revised infection protection plan.

§ 9. It shall be kept in the crew and at the request of any time approved and signed in order to be presented to the food-registration area.

Quarantine and Section

§ 10. In the case of bovine herds, calves for fattening shall be inserted only if it is carried out either to a quarantine section for transfer to another stable section of the earliest after three weeks or for a unit which has been corrected and used for the purposes of holding.

§ 11. In pig herds, the stables of piglets and slaughtering pigs shall be adjusted to the shelf life of sections of 500 m² if the building is to be entered after 1. January, 2009.

Paragraph 2. In order to sea the pigs must not be paused to a quarantine ward. Transit to another stable partition must not be less than three weeks in the next week.

Limitations on the number of suppliers

§ 12. For an ongoing 12-month period, bovine animals from three different herds shall be added to a maximum of three herds in accordance with the conditions laid down in the milk of the bovine species. However, section 14.

Paragraph 2. Painter-herd crews shall not receive animals from assembly stations.

§ 13. In a continuous 12 month period, the maximum number of pigs from three different herds shall be entered in herds with sweeps. However, section 14.

§ 14. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 12 (3). 1, and 13, in the case of sanctions, animals are purchased from several herds.

Paragraph 2. In addition, on greater expansion of a crew, the Food Authority may also permit the purchase of animals from several herds other than those referred to in section 12 (3). One, and section 13.

Prohibition of common grazing

§ 15. Animals must not be received from common grass.

Prohibition of certain types of business on the premises

§ 16. A slaughterhouse, cutting plant or processing of by-products must not be established in accordance with the by-product Regulation, including the production of mink and petfood or processing of dead animals.

Paragraph 2. However, this does not apply to biogas plants, provided that they are taken into account in the case of the contagious protection plan and the home-slaughter of own animals for use in their own household.

Failure to comply with the infection protection plan

§ 17. If the owner or the person responsible for the crew does not restock the contamination plan, the food vehicle may in serious or repeated case ensure that the herd is reduced to a maximum of 500 animal units.

Chapter 3

Penalty provisions, entry into force and transitional rules

§ 18. With fine punishment, the one who breaks

1) ~ § 3, 7, 8, 7. 1-2, section 9-13, section 15 and section 16 (4). 1,

3) the terms and conditions laid down in accordance with section 14 (1). 2.

Paragraph 2. The sentence may rise to a maximum sentence for two years if it has been committed by the action or omission, with a set of or gross negligence, and there is a breach in the infringement proceedings ;

1) any injury to human or animal health or induced danger ; or

2) obtained or intended for the economic benefit of the person concerned itself or others, including in savings.

Paragraph 3. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

§ 19. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2008.

Paragraph 2. The provisions of section 10 and section 11 (1). However, 2 shall not take effect from 1. June 2010.
