Annunciation of interest rates in the area of study

Article 4 (2) and section 4 (4), 2, in the State of Law of the State Committed Student Loan, cf. Law Order no. 1240 of 22. October 2007 as well as section 5 (5). 1, no. 2, in Notice no. 1467 of 20. In December 2005 on different interest rates in the area of study, the following shall be adopted by the authority :

§ 1. Loaded student loans, final loans and state brackets with the official discount at all times with an Appendix of 2 percentage points per case,

§ 2. State guaranteed student loans transferred to the Economic and Financial Services, with a nominal interest rate of 5.25%. For example, in the period 1. July 2008 to 31. December 2008.

§ 3. Submitted, defaulted state guaranteed student loans with 6,0%%. For example, in the period 1. July 2008 to 31. December 2008.

§ 4. The announcement shall effect the interest rate from and on from 1. July 2008.

§ 5. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July 2008.
