Publication of the amendment of the use of technical assistance

§ 1

Notice no. 1109 of 15. In December 1992, on the use of technical assistance, as amended by the notice No 670 of 7. 1 August 1995, Notice no. 832 of 27. Notice no. 727 of 29. June 2004, the following changes shall be made :

1. Section 18 (2). 2, no. 5, ITREAS :

" 5) the use and storage of supervisory books or other equivalent documentation relating to the inspections, infringement decisions, including injunction, of the technical assistance, tests, etc. of it, as well as information on other matters ; in the case of safety and health matters relating to this. ` ;

2. I Annex 1, point 1.5., nr. 3, the ' injuns ' shall be replaced by ' injunction ', including injunction ; ` ;

3. I in Annex 1, section 3.2.9., nr. 8, the ' injuns ' shall be replaced by ' injunction ', including injunction ; ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.
