Appendix 1

Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order on Projecting Projectors and the Council for the Work Environment Act and so on.

§ 1

Notice no. 574 of 21. June 2001 on the obligations of the project and the advisors, etc., in accordance with the law of work environment, are hereby amended as follows :

1. I § 6 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new slices :

" Stop. 2. The project in connection with the study and preparation of a project to build and construction work shall take into account the general principles of the prevention of security and health referred to in Annex 2, in particular :

1) in the context of architectural, technical and / or organizational choices for the planning of the different works or work phases, which must be carried out simultaneously or after each other.

2) during the assessment of the period to be allocated to the performance of the various works or work phases.

Paragraph 3. On the basis of the evaluation referred to in paragraph 1 the projection of a construction work shall be specified in the project, in the interests of the safety and health of the work processes, working methods, materials, constructs and so on which are prescribed, or which are predefined ; the organisation of the individual works or working phases in relation to each other, so that the work may be fully justifiable in the field of safety and health.

Paragraph 4. The projection of a construction work must ensure that the developer's coordinators for safety and health during the preparation of the building project, cf. the notice of the obligations of the developer shall be forfeit in the deliberations of the project and shall be given access to the relevant parts of the project material as referred to in paragraph 1. ONE-THREE. Coordinator must be included when the design of the developer is being set up and then to the extent necessary during the design. `

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 5.

2. I § 13 pasted as paragraph 2 :

" Stop. 2. The projection of a construction work must be carried out on the basis of the evaluation of paragraph 1. 1, give the developer's coordinator the information and, if appropriate, the description to be provided in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 for the purpose of the coordinator ' s assessment of the preparation of the dossier adapted to the structure of the building and containing a list of the health and safety issues that should be taken into account in the context of possible, if any ; future works, cf. announcement of the developer's duties. 3. Appendix 2 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January, 2009.

General prevention principles

(Jf. Article 6 (4)) 2 of Council Directive 89 /391/EEC on the implementation of measures to improve the safety and health of workers at work

1) Prevention of risks.

2) Evaluation of risks that cannot be prevented.

3) Combating hazards at source.

4) Adaptation of the work to man, in particular as regards the design of the workplace and the choice of work equipment and work and production methods, in particular with a view to limiting monotonous work and work in a given rhythm and that : reduce the impact of such work on the health.

5) The penthouse to technical progress.

6) Replacement of what is dangerous to something that is safe and dangerous or less dangerous.

7) The planning of prevention to make it a coherent whole, in the prevention of technology, organization of the work, working conditions, social relations and effects from factors in the working environment.

8) Adoption of measures for collective protection rather than measures for individual protection.

9) Instructions for the purpose of the workers. '
