Order Ministerial n ° 006/CAB/MIN [IND/2010 February 13, 2010, on the adoption of 11 European standards on the cements in Congolese national standards and their implementation.
Minister of 1 ' industry, pursuant to the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, specifically in article 93;
Given order No. 08/073, December 24, 2008, on the Organization and functioning of the Government, practical arrangements for collaboration between the President of the Republic and the Government as well as between members of the Government;
Having regard to the order, no. 08/074 24 December 2008 determining the functions of departments;
Having regard to the order No. 08/067 of October 26, 2008, appointing Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers and Vice-Ministers;
Given order No. 75-271 August 22, 1975, on the establishment of a National Committee for standardisation such as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 87 017 January 19, 1987;
Having regard to the Ministerial Decree No. denial/CAB/015188 of 19 August 1988 on the status and management of the national mark of conformity to standards.
Having regard to the Ministerial Decree No. 014/CAB/MIN/EMPI/2008 of 13 June 2008 on the establishment of a technical commission for the adoption of standards on cements, quantities and units.
Having regard to the urgency and the need;
The National Committee for standardization and heard;
On the proposal of the Secretary General to the industry, Chairman of the National Committee for Standardization;
