Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). d) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to section 1

paragraph. 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 24 and 26 of the Act No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported

sources of energy and on amendment to certain laws, as amended

the regulations, issued the price decision No. 9/2016 from 14 June. December 2016,

amending the ERÚ price decision No. 5/2016, fixing the

support for the supported sources of energy, the price of decision No.

10/2016 from 14 June. December 2016, amending the ERÚ price decision

No 7/2016, establishing prices for related service in

the electricity sector and other regulated prices, and prices of decision No.

11/2015 of 22 March. December 2016, amending the ERÚ price decision

No 5/2016, fixing the aid for the supported sources of energy,

as amended by decision no price ERO 9/2016.



According to § 17 para. 9 Energy Act published an energy regulatory

Office of price decision No. 9/2016 and pricing decision No 10/2016

The energy regulatory Bulletin of 14 November. December 2016, in the amount of 12.

From that date, the publication has taken the validity of decisions. The effectiveness of the
