State Office for nuclear safety, establishes, pursuant to section 236 of the Act No.
263/2016 Coll., the Atomic Act, to implement section 24 para. 7, § 25 para. 2
(a). a) to (c)), § 44 para. 4 (b). (c)), § 49 para. 2, § 50 para. 4, § 51
paragraph. 6 (a). a) and b), § 52 para. 2, § 53 para. 2 and § 54 para. 4 (b).

§ 2

or other technological media contaminated with radionuclides inside
controlled area with a capacity greater than 1 m3
5. an unplanned decrease in performance of nuclear installations by more than 50%
the nominal power of a nuclear reactor, with an expected duration of more than
72 hours, or
6. loss of the ability to control the source of ionizing radiation, and
(e)) the next business day, if the

§ 4

safety, radiation protection, technical safety, monitoring

g) identify potential demotion of safety provisions and increase
the risk of related operational events.

§ 6
The criteria for inclusion in the category of operational events

§ 7
Limits and conditions
(Section 24 para. 7 of the Atomic Act)

§ 10

§ 11

Handling of nuclear material and radioactive waste and its
documentation
