DECREE
of 29 April 2004. November 2016,
amending Decree No 89/2006 Coll., on detailed conditions of cultivation
a genetically modified variety, as amended by Decree No. 58/2010 Sb.
The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to section 2i para. 4 of law No 249/1997
Coll., on agriculture, as amended by Act No 371/2016 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No 89/2006 Coll., on detailed conditions for the cultivation of
a variety which, as amended by Decree No. 58/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:
1. In the title of § 2, the words "soil blocks or" shall be deleted.
2. in article 2, section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). I) and section 6 (a). f), the words "the soil
block, or "shall be deleted.
3. in article 2, the following new paragraph 2a, including title and notes

"§ 2a
The minimum distance from the State boundary in the cultivation of a genetically
genetically modified varieties
[To section 2, paragraph 2 (b), (f)) and paragraph 2. 4 (b). g) of the Act]
The minimum distance of the cultivation of a genetically modified variety from
the State borders of the Czech Republic ^ 5) for a single crop is listed in the

4. In section 3, section 4, paragraph 4. 1 introductory part of the provisions, § 4, paragraph 4. 2 of the introductory part

or "shall be deleted.
5. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 introductory part of the provisions, § 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). (e)), § 4
paragraph. 2 (a). (d)), section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). (g)), and in paragraph 6 (b). (d)), the words
"the soil block or" shall be deleted.
6. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). and) and in section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). and the words "places)
business and "shall be replaced by" or "headquarters.
7. in section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). (b)) and in section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). (b)), the words "or
business name and legal form, ' shall be deleted.
8. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). (b)) and in section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). (b)), the words
"branch" shall be replaced by "branch".
9. in section 4, paragraph 4. 2 of the introductory part, the words ' the provisions of the Ministry of
Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") "shall be replaced by" State
agricultural intervention fund ".
10. In section 4, paragraph 4. 2 (a). I) and section 6 (a). f), the words "soil blocks
or "shall be deleted.
11. in section 4, paragraph 4. 3, the word "Ministry" is replaced by "
agricultural intervention fund ".
