DECREE
of 19 December 2003. December 2016,
amending Decree No. 486/2008 Coll., laying down the technical
activities relating to the security issue and the proper distribution of
Czech technical standards and remuneration for their provision, as amended by
Decree No. 348/2014 Sb.
The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine according to § 5 para. 6 of law No.
22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing
certain acts, as amended by Act No. 204/2002 Coll. and Act No. 482/2008
Coll.:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 486/2008 Coll., laying down of professional activity
a security-related issue and proper distribution of Czech
technical standards and the remuneration for their provision, as amended by Decree No.
348/2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the words "including value added tax," shall be deleted and shall
the words "(hereinafter referred to as ' the authority ')."
2. Annex, including footnote No 1 is added:

Transitional provision
