Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). d) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 3/2016 of 23 December 2003. September 2016, laying down some of the

regulated prices according to law No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported resources

energy and amending certain laws, on the price of decision No 4/2016 from

on 26 April. September 2016, amending the energy price decision

Regulatory Office No 5/2015 of 19 May. November 2015, which

promotion for the supported sources of energy, and the price decision

No 5/2016 of 26 March. September 2016, fixing the aid for the

supported power source.



According to § 17 para. 9 Energy Act published an energy regulatory

Office of price decision No 3/2016 in the energy regulatory bulletin from

27 June 2002. September 2016, in the amount of 6. From that date, the publication has a price

the validity of the decision. Effect on 1 January 2000. January 2017.
