GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 20 December. December 2012,



amending Government Decree No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements

on toys



Government orders under section 22 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical

requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by

Act No. 207/2002 Coll. and Act No. 34/2007 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to

implement section 2 (a). (d)), section 11 (1) 1, 2 and 9, section 11a. 2, § 12 and 13

the law:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements for toys,

be amended as follows:



1. Footnote 1 is added:



"1) European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/48/EC of 18 June 2003. June

2009 toy safety.



Commission directive 2012/7/EU of 2. March 2012, which, for the purposes

2. in section 17(2). 4, the words "toys, which certificate was in the past

3. In article 20, paragraph 4, the following paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) the authorized person and the persons conducting or responsible for

the implementation of activities related to conformity assessment carried out by these

the activities with the highest degree of professional integrity and the requisite

technical competence in the specific field and must not succumb to any

inducements, influencing and nátlakům, particularly financial, which might

Paragraphs 5 to 9 shall be renumbered 6 to 10.



4. in section 24 para. 1 the words "under this regulation ' shall be deleted.



5. in annex 2 section III. point 12 under the "cadmium", in the second

column number "1.90" is replaced by "1.3", in the third column, the figure

' 0.5 ' is replaced by ' 0.3 ', and in the fourth column, the number "23"

replaced by the number "17".



6. in annex 2 section 2 of part V of the third sentence is replaced by the phrase "Toy

must i adjusted in accordance with this point and with the manufacturer's instructions, meet the

requirements for safety. ".



7. in annex No 3 point 3 shall be replaced by the dot at the end of the sentence with a colon.



8. in annex 6, part II, point 3.1, the words "required conformity marking

referred to in regulation ' is replaced by ' CE marking according to § 13

This regulation ".



9. In annex 7 paragraph 8 first and second sentence after the word "refused"

inserted the word "issue".



Article. (II)

This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 March 2004. July 2013.
