Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of functions of the members of the
Councils, as amended by Decree-Law No 337/2004 Coll., regulation of the Government
No. 695/2004 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 50/2006 Coll. and Decree-Law No.
614/2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 2 the words "resigned to the function" shall be replaced by "have been
removed from Office, or give up the function ".
2. Appendix 1:
