DECREE



of 22 March. December 2009,



amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 207/2001 Coll., which

performs the Act 301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending

some related laws, as amended



Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 (a). a), d) and (e)) Law No.

301/2000 Coll. on civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain

related laws:



Article. (I)



Decree 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301/2000 Coll.

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by Decree No. 230/2001 Coll., Decree No. 499/2001 Coll., Decree

No. 566/2002 Coll., Decree No. 660/2004 Coll., Decree No. 539/2005 Coll.

Decree No. 300/2006 Coll., Decree No. 352/2006 Coll., Decree No.

389/2007 Coll., Decree No. 419/2008 Coll. and Decree No. 445/2008 Coll.,

be amended as follows:



1. in section 24 para. 3 the first sentence, after the words "to the registry book"

the words ", if it is not an indication of a change in the name of the village is listed on the title sheet

the registry book kept for this community. "



2. In § 25 para. 3, after the words "written request", the words "persons

referred to in § 25 para. 1 (b). and the law ").



3. in annex No. 1 of the "Moravian-Silesian region" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 17. "Opava in the column" "Registry Office" in

point 5. "Opava in the column", "list of villages, towns, districts,

, point 12. "Moscow" and section 19. "Vršovice" are deleted.



Items 13 to 18 shall become points 12 to 17.



4. in annex No. 1 of the "Moravian-Silesian region" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 17. "" In the column of Opava "Registry Office"

the following new item 7. "Moscow".



Items 7 to 9 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 8 to 10.



5. in annex No. 1 of the "Moravian-Silesian region" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 17. "Opava in the column" "Registry Office" in

point 7. "Moscow", in the column "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

the following new item 1. "Moscow" and a new paragraph 2. "Vršovice".



6. in annex No. 1 of the "country" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 11. "", In the column of Šumperk "Registry Office"

in point 8. "", In the column of Šumperk "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

the following new item 6. "Bangalore".



Current sections 6 through 13 are renumbered 7 to 14.



7. in annex No 1 in the "central region" in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 25. "Vlašim, in the column" "Registry Office"

in point 5. "Vlašim, in the column" "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

with section 13. "Nemíž" is deleted.



Items 14 to 25 are renumbered as items 13 to 24.



Article. (II)



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2010, with the exception of

the provisions of article. I, point 2, which shall take effect on 1 January 2000. July 2010.
